AbsLee Design New Studio is finally functional!! It is not considered totally done but yes it is up & running already!
The construction of my new studio took about almost 4 months from land clearing, well drilling to electricity, piping and etc..
But why took so long?
Because the condition of this land is considered a semi-dense jungle. Yes there is a road beside but clearing this land to a condition where it is workable is much harder than it seems and I'm met with 2 months of heavy monsoon season with other months of occasional heavy rain. Heavy rain washes and loosen the soil making heavy vehicles harder to reach the area hence harder to deliver construction materials. If you're in the construction business, you will understand.
Eventually?
Eventually it is done and now it is functional!
Stay tuned as there will be more works done on this land and I hope I will be able to share my journey with you all!
