Your inner-being is always general because it is so full of so many wanted specifics. Going general does not mean not being specific, it actually means being specific about so many things all at the same time that one cannot discern one wanted specific from the next because all wanted specifics are being thought at the same time. So when you go general don't think you are somehow being less, because in fact you couldn't possibly be more in that moment. From the default narrow perspective of focus in physical consciousness one can become aware of (at least relatively speaking) a singular wanted specific that flows from the general vibrational stance. Though we here are not 'defaulters' but instead 'deliberate' and therefore we consciously deliberately choose to go general (and therefore practise the awesome feeling ability to think every wanted specific at the same time), there will be times when we return to that narrow default perspective and become aware of singular specifics of wanted that have flowed into that perspective based on our vibrational stance. And as soon as it does it adds to the contrast of our physical environment from where we eternally ask for more. Be deliberate and go general and enjoy that feeling. And likewise enjoy your innate genius ability to be lazy-minded and return to default and peruse the contrast. Oh and enjoy the quite nice feeling and the big fat deal of focusing on just a few wanted specifics before you deliberately return to general so you can enjoy all of them at the same time and feel truly awesome.
