I embrace flicking off an unsatisfying thought like an ember from the fire that lands on my sweater! I don’t leave it to burn a hole. I watch for these and deal with them as soon as I see them. I FLICK THEM OFF. I then pivot, distract or ignore! Yes! I know how to NOT give something I DON’T want ATTENTION. WOW. THANK YOU ❤️😀🥳🌷🇨🇦
