Trisha Colotto, It's all about vibration hun, NOT WORDS or ACTIONS! The universe can ONLY respond to vibrations, so unless you're consistently focusing on a thing, or consistently emitting vibrations (unconsciously or consciously) that are a match to that thing, or even if your non-physical self once put that specific desire in your vortex, then it is impossible to attract that thing in your experience! It was a kidney stone, LOL, and I know that it sounds contradictory, but although they were saying the words, "I'm glad I had a kidney stone", the vibration behind it wasn't one of sickness, complaining, bitterness, anger, powerlessness, resignation, grief, or any other negative emotion for that matter; in fact, the vibration behind it was one of spunky humour, acceptance & a renewed zest for life - "I'm glad I had a kidney stone . . . cuz I have never had such a zest for life as I have now. . . and that oh, I can mess it up a little bit, but not that much. . . " That whole segment of the Rampage is a beautifully articulated tribute to Step 5 living - where we recognize that we need Contrast in order to have desires in this time/space reality! To master Step 5 living means to have mastered The Art of Deliberate Creating and to have befriended Contrast, so that it's either a case of if we unwittingly mess up our vibrations, we just bless the Contrast for showing us that and then we change vibrations to create what we prefer instead, or it's a case of us deliberately dipping into the Contrast for contrast's sake - just like how some people love to add hot pepper, although it burns, to their meals for that exciting kick, or much like how actresses & models (or their stylists?) love to switch up their flawless stylings at times and artfully mess it up a bit. We always get to choose - and change, or tweak, or individualize in any way that we wish - our experience, and even better, we get to choose the labels too - nothing is bad or unwanted unless we label it as such! Hope this helps.
