I think they gave it a 3.5 but called it a classic album. I had that issue and was like no way, 4.5 on the low end, 4.9 on the high.

1994 was an extraordinary year in Hip Hop. The Westcoast was really bumping dope music but the East Coast had some very dope artists and even the South had some dope music with Scarface and Outkast. 1994 was really that dope year. I wished I could go back.
