1. Please loosen the 4 screws
2. If there are foreign objects in the small gear and the large gear, remove the foreign objects
3. Place the wires so as not to get entangled in the gears
4. Tighten the screws, check and observe whether the LED light can rotate normally
If the above steps do not solve the problem, please do the following:
1. Stick a thick sponge tape on the black wire box
2. Then put the black wire box into the gap in the lamp housing, ensure that it will not be moved
3. Test whether the LED light can rotate normally
