In the United States, it is against the law to intentionally destroy the egg of a bald eagle in every state. Deliberately destroying, or even disturbing a bald eagle’s egg is punishable by a maximum $5,000 fine and up to a year in prison. Also in the United States, it is legal in 36 states to intentionally destroy an unborn human child.

1. Humans are not nearly at risk of going extinct 2. Ok sure a bald eagle egg, but chicken eggs are perfectly fine to eat, and millions do daily. 3. During the period of time most doctors consider ok for an abortion to be performed, it's not a child, it's a clump of cells that in no way resemble a human. During situations after that point doctors only terminate pregnancies if the life of the mother is threatened by said pregnancy. If the mother dies the baby dies, but if the abortion is carried out then the baby dies but the mother lives. I'd rather save one life than end two. Abortions are a necessary right for anyone who has the ability to give birth.

That’s a scary proposition considering humans have infested the earth. 2) I was referring to bald eagle eggs, involving chicken eggs in your response is rather ludicrous. 3) I never said I didn’t agree with abortion, or the women’s right to have them. Just stating facts in a comparison between a bald eagle life and a human life in the eyes of the law.

Therefore if bald eagles weren't going extinct, and their eggs weren't nearly as protected, then your point is invalid. 2. The video was referring to human fetuses, involving bald eagle eggs in your response is rather ludicrous. 3. If you aren't against abortion, then why bother making the point? Why bother saying this at all? Especially since it's such a stupid non-relevant point that there's just no reason to bring it up. You make yourself sound like you're against abortion, which is not a good position to have. So why bother?
