Underneath our names and appearances, we are all the same. We all share a mutual desire to love, and be loved, and to be accepted. We all walk this world filled with death, pain, and adversity. Love is the weapon we wield to fight these obstacles. No matter what our sexual orientation, gender, or background is, we all deserve the right to live and love however we damn well please. When you truly break it down, how can any type of love be a bad thing? It is the life force that holds us all together. This song is a pro-love song built for shutting down bigots and homophobes. And for building up the spirits of my brothers and sisters of all different lifestyles. Diversity makes me smile. Intolerance makes me cringe.
