I literally yelled holy shit when Melissa Barrerra brought up Van Helsing i love that movie 🤯🙌🩸🩸🦇🧛, also so awesome Alisha Weir brought up The Vampire Diaries love that show lol
Alisha's performance left me speechless, she deserves all awards and praise.

abigail is by far the best horror movie of 2024
I saw Abigail and had a blast. Young Alisha was adorable, creepy, and distressing...awesome overall!! Good for her. The supporting cast really helped sell the twist. I'm not sure if this is a one-off, but I'd like to see more of Abigail's backstory and an exploration of this new universe.

I cannot wait for this movie, and I'm hoping to see it this weekend!!! Fun fact: Abigail wasn't on my radar until this week. I saw a horror movie trailer pop up on my YT homepage, watched it, saw it was directed by the directors of Scream 6, my favorite Scream movie, a group of kidnappers kidnap a little girl who turns out to be a vampire! I'm all in!!! I can't believe you got to meet them too, I'm so not jealous!❤️ PS: I just watched Ready or Not a few days ago too, and I really enjoyed it!!

@@MamasGeekyI just got back from watching Abigail, and this is now my favorite Radio Silence film!!! It was freaking incredible!!! I loved every second of it!!! You said in your review that because you know Abigail's a vampire, until that happens you're like "come on, let's get to it", and I did feel that way obviously, but the build up was still interesting. The characters are so well written to where that kept my attention til the reveal! When it starts, oh boy, it starts!!! I loved all the actors/actress' in the film!! Melissa and Alisha are/were phenomenal, as was everyone else; those two just stood out to me!! Katherine Newton was also phenomenal!! She stood out to me specifically in one certain scene! I'm not gonna spoil for anyone, but you might know what scene I'm talking about. I've written a paragraph of thoughts lol. Anyway, I love this movie so much!!! I can't wait to see it again whenever I get the chance!!! I'm really hoping Abigail comes to a Streaming service I have eventually, but if not, I'm 100% getting it on Digital!!! I want a sequel sooo bad!!!!

@@wolfhunterplays3954 YESSSSS!!!! I totally agree with you!! So so muhc to love about this movie. The cast is great and it is just SO MUCH FUN! A really great time! The build up was certainly interesting, agree, but I was just waiting for that first kill LOL. I hope that it gets a sequel too!!
Ah, Van Helsing movie is as close to a live-action Castlevania as we'll ever get. I have Vampire Diaries on dics but have yet to sit down and watch it all (there's like 7 seasons). I'm looking forward to seeing Abigail, hope it's released on both dvd and bluray for collectors like myself.

I gotta see this movie to support Melissa for her support for Palestine and because it is interesting A single vampire child against multiple humans is a unique premise
