Because RGV not from influential family of producers like Yash or Dharma production no one want to support.. Always in hamara India realistic violent films & film makers are hated, but silly chocolate boy films will sell. RGV has made super romantic films also like Rangeela & Gayab. He is being bullied out now by big shots in the industry so hard for him to survive. Many people are jealous of his talent looks like.

Legendary actor mr.kota.s.rao. Own dubbing, modulation, emotion creating acting, time sence, matured expressions. Took up the scene to next important turn, wov I salute the director for his selection of this guy, rest of is all acting accordingly.

If Pokiri(wanted) was done by Abhishek Bachchan as suggested by RGV that time to him it would have been a revival for his career.

Kota Srinivasa Rao Garu... A legendary actor...🙏🙏🙏

Yeah everybody knows it's inspired from Godfather, but this was a high quality movie no doubt. Remember how we were blown away while watching it on the cinema screen in 2005 during monsoons. So many Highpoints, fab performances, the eyes spoke more than dialogues, brilliant body language. We were 16-17 yr olds going crazy after watching this. This was a stylized slick gangster drama against the raw ones like Satya, Vaastav etc. No comparisons, but very well made. We still watch and refer this and the very fact that I remember the moment and feeling I had post this movie indicates it's longevity. Sadly the genius RGV is no more, he is now consumed by his own arrogance and blind faith in his understanding of cinema (which no one else understands, the terror triology of RGV ki Aag, Department and Sarkar 3. Saw all of them in theatres, somehow keep hoping he will come back like the old RGV)

@@majidmalikmj7145 I have seen Godfather too and its brilliant, the mood acting bgm setting was superb. Brando Pacino James Caan Duvall entire cast was so good. Benchmark movie. But this does not change my opinion about Sarkar, adapting a story and localizing it to make it as authentic as possible is super commendable and watching this on the big screen was magical. We should appreciate the craft when it's done well, my opinion.

his best has always been from south directors or the directors in hindi who are not big banners like JP dutta etc. Problem for him was people always compared him to his father where as no star kid got that handicap, which is unfortunate. He is a good actor if properly used, i think guys like neeraj pandey, anurag kashyap and others could use him in a better way.

This is a copy of Hollywood Godfather movie done in Marathi style. Godfather has been copied so many times in Hindi movies. But this is almost a perfect copy.
