No justice. Drunks always survive and innocent people die. Why is that? It could be a head on collision and the drunks live while others die. Very ironic. Also strange is why there are no speed limitations on production cars. No one needs to go 131 mph. Cars not police cars should be limited to 75 mph. That's plenty for highway driving. Would also cut down on dangerous fleeing sitiations on high speed chases.
