What about when we do not have a bearish mitigation zone? I.e. where price took out the last high and we can confirm the presence of Liquidity void candlesticks.. and also FVG. Do we use this same method to trade it? Thanks anticipating your response.

Sir, since you draw a mss (choch) on 4 time frame, and finally in the 4 time frame, ther price was broken by the BACK candles , it shows a market structure shift, why not long erousd after down retracement IN 4H instead of shorting it, I am not understandable. about that.

Yes ,brother I am also from Indian market,here so much gap up and gap down opening used to happen and market is only open for 6 hours and very difficult to find imbalance ( FVG) also ,here sometimes OB is only getting respected .
