Nobody deserved that kind of bullying and I still think it’s crazy how the producers were so quick to edit the comment out of the show to try to “save” Abby in a way. It was originally supposed to be like toddlers and tiaras and follow one kid and their mother around each week, but the producers noticed that all the moms they wanted were at the same studio so they centered it around them and their girls. You’re 100% Correct. She was trying to leech off them. That’s why she took 10% of whatever money they made. But she messed that all up. If she were smart she could have lived through them all and made hella money off all of them by getting them ALL great opportunities and using their strengths to her advantage. If Abby broadcasted their strengths on the show the same exact way she did with Maddie I’m sure more influential people in showbiz would have come knocking for the girls the same way Sia did with Maddie. If Abby were an actual kind, loving, and supportive teacher she’d still have them all in her life too, hell some of them might probably even help take care of her. But no, she put all her eggs in one basket like a moron and treated them all like garbage and look at her now… Lonely, Miserable, and Broke… Even the child she put all her support into wants nothing to do with her lmao. You can tell she’s not the smart business savvy entrepreneur lady she pretends to be lol. It’s why her business was failing before the show and failed after it. She can’t manage her money and it’s evident in the way she absolutely FUMBLED the bag with those girls. Pretty much ALL of her girls had star quality in SOME way even if it wasn’t always 100% dancing. Brooke, Chloe, and Maddie were the best and most technically sound dancers on the team and they could have gone somewhere with that, Brooke could have definitely been a rhythmic gymnast or gone to do something with Cirque. Both Chloe and Maddie got to dance in music videos and movies and could have done that with Abby behind them too. Maddie did so on a bigger scale (and Chloe could have too if Abby cared about her success) but Maddie left Abby behind bc Abby started treating her and her mother Melissa badly. Paige could have been a “darling actress” (words taken straight from Abby’s own mouth) or even a model or both. Kendall could have also been a model. Nia could literally sing and her performances/music videos were always dope, especially with her less technical but cool dancing. Mackenzie could also sing and do gymnastics. And what’s great is that even with their different paths they’d all still have dancing as a useful skill under their belt that could be helpful in their careers due to Abby… she could have made BANK off of ALL of them If she played her cards right bc you can tell she cared a lot about money. She could have used all those connections she was always bragging about lmao. If she was actually a nice, loving teacher who truly helped the girls and wanted them to succeed, I’m sure the moms wouldn’t have minded her getting a cut of the profits for her helping their children be stars.

JoJo’s fans were literally asking her why she wasn’t at the KCA’s and she responded to them and let them know the reason. And even after all she’s done for Abby as well, Abby’s response was, “I wish she didn’t air all that, I would’ve done something else that night.” I understand the second half of the statement, because JoJo’s not the kind of person to sit around and mope, she’s always going to make the most of something, but why would you teach her about honesty and then tell her not to be honest? That just doesn’t seem right to me.

She’s not the only one. Pretty much all the girls except Maddie and Mackenzie have publicly given Abby credit and thanked her and the show for the positives that it’s done for them. Especially Chloe and Nia, the two worst treated on the show by Abby, have been the most gracious, much more than Abby deserves. Also Jojo attacks the OG’s if they so much as mention Abby (or her minion Gia) in a bad light. She literally defended a known child abuser and basically told the victims to shut up and they knew what they were getting into. She’s definitely not the sweetest person by far.

I'm a dancing teacher, too-not a competition one, though. But I have had many, many students. Few ever acknowledge me & my mom(who was a dance teacher, too). I think you are a genius, Abbey Lee Miller. What you have done for the dance business is phenominal. What they, the moms & kids have done is no surprise to me. And you helping feed children around the world speaks highly of your character. What those kids & moms have done & do speak of their character.

Abbey was their teacher not their friend they didn't owe her a visit or a card, how ever they do owe her praise for the show giving them a leg up in their dance careers and they act like Abbey and the show has nothing to do with it.

My daughter works with Abby along with several others. She is nothing like what is portrayed on the show. It’s TV people and she is a human being. She has sacrificed a lot as others have and credit should always be given where credit is due. There is no harm in distancing yourself, however forgetting where you came from and the person who got you started is sad.

We honestly don’t care. Abby was a abusive, toxic, manipulative, childish, miserable ass bitch and you expect them girls and their parents to talk to her after what she put them through😂 I think the fuck not…

But those children have acknowledge they wouldn’t have those opportunities without dance moms and Abby n Giana like what more recognition do you need I feel like she’s so thirsty to want to be apart of there lives haven’t full grasp that they have moved on and move past it now they’re young women having successful careers dance moms was just a foundation and without her dancing and talent they wouldn’t be where they are now they have natural talent as individuals the only thing Abby did was highlight how good they actual are she’s so hung up of what somebody ou her just be grateful that you have those experience people coming in life for a reason a season sometime for a lifetime you sometime mix up seasonal people with lifetime expectations

You can't just emotionally abuse childeren and scream at their mothers and expect them to visit you in the hospital. You are their dance teacher not their friend!

Why would they reach out to you? You treated those kids and mothers so horrible. She always plays the victim. How about you apologize to those children on how you treated them and humiliated that on national tv.

I think they all know where they came from, but the kids grew up. They continued their career and decided to keep going. Plus most of them didn’t do much social media right after dance moms. Trama comes in different ways to each person. In my past abusive relationships, I don’t like them nor do I talk to them, but I do thank them in my head for helping me become who I am. But I will never ever talk to them nor show them satisfaction.

Honestly, it prob was a toxic environment but at the end of the day she was hard on them because she wanted to best for her students she wanted to be sure that once they left her studio they were ready for whatever life had to offer for them. Thoes girls were so privileged. There were ppl in worse positions, what they screamed at their dance coach but when home to their multimillion dollar hoomes and loving families. AND THEY GOT PAID THROUGH THE WHOLE THING! MONEY SPEAKS MORE THAN WORDS! At the end of the day it wasen't all bad it was about making a living and they wouldn't be anything without Abby, Abby is the reason Maddie got all of her chances as a kid to present her talents so I don't care what happens but she made a life for her so always be grateful!
