I’m sick too and I’m the mom of a 9 week old so I understand how hard it is to be a mom and be sick. My husband and I are huge fans of your videos and we’re only a year younger than you guys! It’s really cool to see how well you do raising your son. It makes us feel good about being young parents too!

As some one with myocratic anemia I know the struggle. I’m so happy to see Matt be so kind and loving. Not alot of people understand the effects. I do also recommend vitamin C with Iron. It helps iron absorb

Yes. Vit C helps the body absorb iron. Also if your dr will order it see if your insurance will pay for an Iron infusion to get her levels up faster.

Abby you and I are like the sameee!!! And I’m so glad when I’m sick my hubby is like Matt just so caring and there for you! I suffer migraines anemia bad mensural symptoms and don’t eveeeen get me on throwing up my body does not know how to act lol glad you’re feeling better. Ps also look into your protein intake that’s helped me with my migraines also only organic meat and no ibuprofen or harsh food dyes, those I’ve learned set me off! ❤

I’m so glad you are feeling better. My entire house had Covid, and then 3 weeks later we all had the flu.

I'm 15 weeks pregnant with my first baby and the 1st 3 months was hell for me. I have extreme morning sickness but I'm glad I'm coming out of it. I'm happy that my favorite youtubers are also pregnant. I feel like I have someone to talk to about my pregnancy journey. :)

I used to be that way too! But as I got older I learned to embrace the vomit! I rarely do but if I feel weird and my mouth starts to water, I head for the toilet, instead of trying to make it go away. I feel better afterwards.

Matt takes great care of Abby which is so important. She is feeding their son & that dies take a toll on a woman's body. They really are an amazing family and they work well together. 👍🫶🩷🩵💙💞

When sick, I usually switch my diet to eating soup or non-oil-type food; I take a hot bath and rest well. That usually means not making my body work too hard. A good walk can be handy even when your body doesn't want to. Happy to see you getting better, and IDK if that's your guy's new home, but congratulation.

I was diagnosed as anemic multiple different times in my life. My friend and her mom had the same problem. We all found out within a few months of each other it was gluten. We stopped eating and I haven’t had to take anything since. Just giving my 2 cents on something that helped me. Also, my friend was diagnosed with celiacs. Simple blood draw. I do not have celiacs. Mine is gluten intolerant. My husbands friend thought it was a fad etc. I don’t think I’ve ever seen my husband get so mad. Once I stopped gluten any time I would have it I would get super bad stomach pains. Like last all night and couldn’t eat the next day type. Anyway, so when my husband explained about me being in massive pain, throwing up when I eat gluten..he finally got it. I do take a product that has helped heal my gut. And it has helped in so many ways! But just wanted throw out something for you to consider.

I got the most severe stomach virus when my first baby was only like 2 months old and it was the WORST not being able to take proper care of her and having to rely on others to do it 🥺🥺 hope you feel better !

We're on baby number 2 as well and I get it, this second time has been rough. I've thrown up a few times but mostly just been horribly nauseous and can only eat what sounds good. I'm right around 12 weeks and I am starting to feel a bit better but I still get random nausea. I hope you feel better soon!

Has your Dr told you about Hyper Emesis Gravidarium? My daughter was so sick for her entire first pregnancy. It truly scared me because she wasn't keeping any food down.. I was spooning it off the carpet before I could clean up the puke. Always right after eating.. out it came.. her 2nd pregnancy 5 yrs later was completely different. They say Hyper Emesis is more common when carrying a baby girl. Which was the case for my daughter. With her son.. she wasn't sick like that at all.

Vitamins might not be enough unfortunately, if it gets too low, infusions are the way to go. I felt so much better after mine and it lasts for months to keep your iron level. Take care ❤

It’s literally like the simple ways that she feels valued, appreciated, cared for. He engages with what she’s saying, nothing huge or deep. Just connection and genuine compassion and appreciation. He cherishes her.

Don’t worry about your Christmas tree being up. My parents had theirs hung upside down from the ceiling for two christmases and in between my mom decorated it for different holidays and themes

Abby,i know how you feel,i also hate throwing up. One time I had a migraine (a migraine is a really bad headache and it hurts really bad)and so my mom gave me some ibuprofen and right after I took it my throat started tightening up and the throw up shot out of my mouth and I threw up in a blanket I was also crying. So your not alone:)

A year round women's multivitamin helped me tenfold! I no longer get extreme fatigue and feel like myself all winter and don't get sick as often. I got the stomach flu two weeks ago and that was the first time in 3 years I'd been sick. If you and your doctor think it's a good idea, I encourage you to consider it! Get better soon and don't be too hard on yourself, Abby, you're doing great! 😊👌💞☀️ PS: totally agree that January's sucked this year lol, I know the feeling.

Matt and Abby have such great content, and I just started watching your videos a few days ago and I’ve been watching you constantly. You guys are so honest, and you are just amazing. You are true to us and don’t try to be something You’re not when you think it will make you better in some way. I was severely anemic when I was in my 20’s and I was completely wiped out. I rarely cry but I would break down every time I had to go to work because I was so exhausted. Being anemic is no joke, when my doctor told me how bad it was she wanted me to go to the hospital but I refused. As I took my iron pills I started feeling better and better and it was glorious. Abby make sure you take your pills so you don’t get sicker. I had to take iron pills for months, I would regularly go get blood tests until I was back to normal.

I feel the same way about vomiting! I actually have something called R-CPD that makes it physically harder for me to vomit, and it means I can’t burp. it made me feel so vindicated when I learned that lmao

Abby, I feel you. I’ve been sick the entire year so far. Got sick New Year’s Eve, and I’m going to urgent care tomorrow for the third time in a month. I decided my “New year” starts on Feb 1 this year. Cause this shouldn’t even count. 😂
