It’s honestly a bit hard to believe here that Agnetha was just 23 and that Frida was 27 years old because in some aspects for me like here Frida honestly looks younger a bit than Agnetha I think but then again Agnetha does have a younger appearance about her as she had in the early to mid 1970s more of a younger appearance and you could tell when she was older more as time went on into the late 70s and into the early 80s aswell.

While Agnetha was looking good in this video from 1973, she definately got better with age!! She was awesome in the late 70's into the 80's..

Abba, ring ring is a classic abba single in australasia. I believe europe didn't get this till late in the abba gold dvd. Such a great band, big ups from New Zealand.

What I like most about this vid and song is, that they put a little more focus on Frida than ususal. I always prefered her deep, velvet voice to Agneta's falsetto. Plus, what's also nice is the rather decent, natural make-up as opposed to the flashy outfits; a very good combination indeed. And the song is sooo catchy!^^

Agree.Frida is a natural and real beauty.I wish Frida didn't totally change her eyebrows,and I love so much her natual eyebrows.

Even though they are not together anymore the videos are always enjoyable to watch.

In an interview with Frida/Bjorn in Germany November 2007, Frida told the Host that she personally sewed and made everyones outfit for this "Ring-Ring" shoot. Interesting history!

I was born in 1972 and I heard Chiquitita when I was 16 or 17 years old I guess, but I had no idea how popular ABBA was 😊

I had this on 8-track! This was one of the first songs I remember falling in love with as a child. I never imagined that 30 years later I'd still be listening to it.

Astraea Reminiec Neal did not write the music. He helps with the English lyrics. The song was originally in Swedish. Having Neal as a writing credit was a gimmick by ABBA to get them noticed outside of Sweden.

Back in 1973 ABBA put up this rocker in the swedish e.s.c. ,the best song ever that didn´t win the swedish final ! O my God.

I love Frida the most! I love their clothing, Fridas pants are fabulous!

Those girls were gorgeous. I'm 43 and remember all of this.

People tend to think Frida had curly perms most of the time but during the ABBA years but she actually had a variety of straight and wavy styles for the most part. 1973 - long and straight as above. Curly in '74 for Eurovision and grew it longer into mid '75 (Mamma Mia vid). By the end of '75 and into '76 she had that lovely straight Linda Ronstadt bob (Fernando vid). Then probably the best known look during the latter half of '76 right through '77, the long red wavy look (Australia tour). 1978 She had a curly perm but it was long and loose and looked great (Summer Night City vid). Then she had a Charlie's Angels wavy look in '79 (Does Your Mother Know vid) and going into the North American concert tour. Longer red hair on Japan tour in 1980. She did go curly again later that year (Super Trouper vid) which she grew longer and looser by the 'When All Is Said And Done' vid. She finished the ABBA years with the shorter spiky look before softening it a bit in 1982.

Two Perfect 10s in apearance and their songs!! Sheer Perfection!!

I've been a fan of ABBA since I first seen them on tv in 71. I was 11. Frida and Agnetha are both beautiful women. Frida likes changing her hair style at times. Even tho she was born with slightly red hair. Why I love ABBA...the girls. Agnetha or Anna was born with blond hair. Both have eunitquely life styles. And I do wear glasses. I see both girls as beautiful. If one says Frida is ugly.Then that person is seeing fizzled. Agnetha is close to my age. She's 62...I'm 53.

This song is one of my personal faves - I remember back in the day when me and my bezzie mate used to copy Frida and Agnetha’s dance moves shown here in this video haha. Goodness knows how we have all come so far with our mobile phones now! The old style telephones back then were dialled with one finger and it took bloody ages to call someone...😂
