Muriel's wedding was also the first think I thought if seeing her so excited and georgus walking down the aisle I ❤️that movie!!! Also reminded me of myral stereo and pierce brosnan in the church in mama Mia.

I am a huge ABBA fan, but I did not really enjoy Muriel's Wedding. It is dark and violent. I would recommend either Mamma Mia! movie instead.

This was one of my late mum’s favourite songs. I agree with you.ABBA makes me happy. They have meant so much to me. I have been a fan since I was 3 in 1976. My favourite band ever.

I was a 1 year old in 1976 but Im also very fond of Abba. They are an acquired taste - once you've been exposed to their music is simply grabs you and doesn't let go.

I love this song's sense of positivity, idealistic optimism and romance. The church bell is to reference a wedding and singing I Do I Do I Do I Do I Do to really emphasize the act of taking one's vow of marriage. But there is a tinge of melancholy for acknowledging one's feeling of loneliness and there is a sense of vulnerability in the vocal delivery too. But overall it's a very happy, sunny, bright, beautiful and positive song. And I think that Bjorn and Benny were lip saxophoning in the music video.

I kept HOPING you would do this one, it's my absolute favorite song of the entire 70s... which is sayin a lot. I'm still upset that it didn't even get into the top ten on the billboard charts. Grrrr, but it's okay. I'm not bitter. I just love the absolute simplicity of the song, and the SAX, the SAXXXXXXX!

This song was the first ABBA song I heard I think back in 1995 when I was testing out my new-to-me Sears Silverstone portable phonograph. It was on their first Greatest Hits album.

If I were forced to choose my favorite ABBA record (heaven forbid!), this would be it. Fantastic performances by all and a wonderful melody. Loved it from the first time I heard it way back in the day.

I was about 11years old when this song was first played on Australia's "Countdown" music show (think "American Bandstand' (US) or 'Top of the Pops' (UK). Our show was played at about 6pm Sunday night for an hour and then re-run at 1pm Saturday the next week. I refused to go somewhere with my parents the next Saturday as I wanted to see it again. And the next week the host (a music producer who used to work for Apple Records) said 'we need to show this other video'. It was "Mamma Mia" and Australia went wild. Was not supposed to be a single but Australia eventually got granted permission to release it as a single. It rocketed up to #1 and then other countries followed. And the rest is history.

You are a legend! I think he’s done People Need Love though. Get on a Carousel is a bit of an oddity-they only did a full version live in concert. It doesn’t appear on any of their albums. Not even so much as a B side ( as far as I know ) it’s a shame because it’s a fantastic song.

Back in the 50's there was an orchestra leader named Billy Vaughn. His signature sound was two alto saxophones just like in this song. Don't know if ABBA is paying an homage but I love it regardless.

I once fixed a pair of headphones, wrong, they were a pair of Radio Shack $14, good, usable, but cheap. The wires got disconnected. I ended up mixing the left wire with the ground and found when I did a left to right sweep, I had the oop effect and was able to focus on every aspect of the studio, listen to each instrument played, individually. One of the instrument tones that Benny was playing was a calliope, being played in tuplets, giving it a slight circus sound. Their music proved to be more fantastic when I started doing the sweep on a few other songs. Dancing Queen, That's Me, Take a Chance on Me, The Visitors, and Head Over Heels were among my favorite.

But it was to warn you. here I was very disappointed with a lot of people, had problems lately. People like that sing to them. We obey them with the finger and the eye. Me too I was tired of a lot of reacts and it may be like you that I uncheck the box. Tired of people ordering and making their channel out of it and behaving selfishly and purposely doing this and that. It starts to be ... I know that it takes for everyone but there is only for them as always! It becomes annoying. That's why to a certain point I understand you as well. But it lasts for months. And that I wonder if he understands it. Listen only to your community.
