For over a decade The Freilach Band has had the honor to perform at countless Simchas, concerts and events; each one special in its own way. Recently we had the opportunity to be part of a very momentous Hachnosas Sefer Torah dedicated by an extremely special individual, Pesach Weiss. One of the many highlights of that evening was this incredible duet featuring Itzik Dadya & child soloist Yossi Lax backed up by the talented voices of The Yedidim Choir.
What a perfect way to begin the new year 2021 with this reminder, that no matter what is happening in our lives - even when things are difficult, Hashem our father, our Abba, our Tatteh is always with us.

All the compliments are correct.. But I don't want to hear dadya sing in Yiddish because it's obvious not his mama lushen,. He's inspiring in ivrit. Lax is inspiring in Yiddish. seriously, I don't want to hear him in Ivrit. This commentary doesn't take away from anyone incredible talent. If All the individuals here who put in so much effort were not freakishly talented I wouldn't tune in, in the first place.

Well well, in order to to enjoy the good it has to be bad so you can enjoy the good. My point: shouldn't they switch things around at some point it'll be less interesting. Yet having dadya sing in yidish is pure soul even that's not his first language There's such a beauty in the video. Just my opinion
A HUGE & DEFINITIVE NO! It happens that I speak Hebrew English Yiddish fluently, but I don't want chasidish men singing israeli style. No way! Keep it original. Only Yiddish words or psukim in Yiddish havhara. World is going cuckoo by the minute.
