Universal really fucked up this release on DVD. It was originally shot on film (24 fps), converted to NTSC for tv broadcast. Here is where it’s still fine. But then Universal converted it to PAL (25 fps), introducing a 4% speed up change before converting it back to NTSC for the DVD release while not changing the frame rate back. You need to change the frame rate back to 24 fps in order for ABBA not to sound like chipmunks.
