Could you throw out a randomly timed signal everyday and a computer must talk to its random neighbours, across state & across countries to be validated with it's components, as well This only registers hardware and locations and all desk computers must have a gps or chip won't work Sorry, just worry about your future driverless cars etc without a more secure system. Hope something here without using too much data
