@@JeighNeither I only played the Emi-6. I played it on clean first, and it basically sounded like a strat. Same pups as my Fender Ultra Luxe. Two channels on the push pull, single tone knob. I like strats, and it gave me what I needed in that department. The trem felt standard. Ergonomics was amazing, neck felt great, and I have huge hands and it still felt great. I’m not used to two octave fretboards, but I was easy to reach up all the way. It will be my next guitar.

I think what´s missing in the range is the Emi 6 just with a HH config. i really LOVE the new Emi line. It´s basically the perfect line I always wished for. The non locking yet stable Gotoh bridge, the Strandberg-like cutout at the bottom (which provides playing positions you just can´t have with other guitars) without the strandberg endur neck, a normal fretting (not the fan fretted version), a double cut body, an elegant headstock and the REALLY nice fret dots. Just please: Offer a HH version of this (and of course other colors).

@@scomu9742 I get that however in live playing there are adjustments that need to be made on the fly. It is not a question of quality since evidently it is there, these are good products. You might dial a patch or your gear at home but each venue sounds a bit different. That is when being able to do an adjustment on the fly as small as adding a bit brightness or rolling it off makes the difference. Even on one pickup setting there are range of tones available between the tone and volume knobs.

At this point, the ONLY thing preventing me from owning an Abasi of my own is the price point, and that's no fault of Tosin's. I understand it's a business and when you're doing what he is, that's more than likely the most adequate price for the instruments in order to keep producing them with a healthy amount of headroom to feel comfortable doing so.
