This was very creepy! My maternal grandmother was from Point Pleasant. Ever since I saw The Mothman Chronicles, it's fascinated me. Those red glows you kept catching was unnerving!

My mom lived in Mcdowell County back in the late 40s and 50s. They had an outhouse behind their house on the side of a hill with woods beyond. She told me very late one night she had to go out to it. And as she was sitting there, through the peephole she saw some kind of huge dark figure get up off the ground and stand up. she said it was 7 or 8 feet tall and it was so dark she couldn't really see it. Its possible it was a bear, but I always wonder about moth man because there are descriptions of the creature getting up off the ground and shuffling around. Very weird. I always get creeped out when I drive through West Virginia. Lots of good people there, but the place has kind of creepy vibe to it.

The manufacturing plant was torn down years ago. There were all kinds of noises that still happened years after the fall of the silver Bridge. I witnessed noises coming from the building myself. Our car died and would not start. The noises stopped and our car started. We never spoke if this. I have not not anyone this until now.

@ 19:21 I see some eye shine back in there then it's gone @ 19:50 now the one eye is blinking and moving @ 25:38 I can hear a female singing @ 29:54 something red in the bush there, looks like a red light @ 32:12 I heard a male say "ya" in a whisper @ 32:23 a voice says "stop coming" @ 32:38 I heard a voice say "stay" @ 36:32 I heard a "grunt" @ 38:32 I heard low to the ground "exhale" @ 39:11 another red light in the bush on the right @ 39:23 no face peeking out from the tree but @ 39:25 there is but it disappears @ 39:28 @ 40:43 there is a whisper here saying "thats right" @ 40:50 I heard "stay" in a whisper Wow awesome video Jon thanks for taking me along with u x

I had seen this before. Some real great footage, Jon!!! Fun, scary, looking for mothman. Ya'll got lots more nerves than I do.

Just came from the tnt bunkers someone placed red reflectors on trees in certain areas and one was just over that bunker you where in.

I love the Mothman and the TNT bunker area. I'm on the search for all 100 bunkers. Some more open and some are closed. I've heard voices in the bunkers and had something aweful large following parallel to use at one time. There are 9 rows on each side on the road if you know where to look. One exploded bunker and one half under water. Nice video. I heard that voice not Ethan. There are 7 bunkers on that path by the swamp and the other side of road is creepier.

Cool video Jon! I love this place! I love places like this because of the shear lure of it. Especially when a place like this that has a true history behind it. Jacob recently said he hadn’t seen you in a while and he needed to catch up with you soon. While watching I thought hey haunt season is just about upon us and he loves doing the different haunted hayrides and houses etc. maybe y’all can meet up and do collab at one this season. Anyway just a thought.

A friend of ours they're old already said they seen the Mothman they said look like a like a bird like a crow big huge and it didn't do anything to them they just looked at him and flew off they said it was so weird that night they had nightmares they both had the same nightmare it was crazy but yeah they exist they're too old couple but they look very strange but they still live now that's weird to me it seems weird that they're still alive they live in Beverly Hills

The Silver Bridge was not that close to the railroad Bridge. The actual end of the bridge was just at the location of Speedway. The concrete you found could be from the Bridge but more likely taken from the old buildings foundations at Speedway location and used to prevent erosion of the river bank.

What is the red streak that can be seen at 20:59 as your panning from the welded bunker door back to the animal's eyes on the other side of the berm? I thought it was lens flare or something like that but it does not show up any other time while y'all were in that area, and it seems to be the same color red as the red glowing eyes that you see in the forest multiple times when walking down the trail by the lake.

You gotta a bad feeling at 39:55, I reckon with the whistles, the low growl, the imitation mans voice , that's all the hallmarks of a Bigfoot trying to get your attention. By thee looks of it , it wasn't too far away either !!

You should really check out some of the old places around John Sevier hwy and some of the old places around Asbury.... there's a Asbury cemetery and a lot of places there that have some creepy stories about them..... the old rock quarries

The place was not a TNT factory, the locals call it the TNT area or something like that because the military used the buildings there to store munitions.

All of them were just reflective materials. The red ones were like those reflective type circles that are on bicycles or like what people put on mailboxes or on posts at the end of driveways in rural areas. None of them were animals or anything

I never went to point pleasant but i did have to go to Gallipolis oh, we were joking about seeing mothman because we knew on the other side of the river was pt.pleasant. my friend had one of those lights you plug into a cigarette lighter in the car and point the light for spotting dear no or whatever. We lit up a group of about 6 deer and they all froze, usually they wont move unless you take the light off them. But something else spooked them because they were looking away from us and then most of them started to run. I saw movement up by the tree line and i kept telling my friend to point the light in that direction but he kept misunderstanding where i wanted him to point it.( We were slightly drunk) anyway just as we were giving up we heard a noise like something flying just over our heads....am owl i thought? And we were pulling off to leave and in the back window we saw 2 huge red eyes....if we went faster, they stayed right there ( aprox 50 meters) behind us, if we stopped, it stopped, and just as we were pulling our phone out to film it, it took flight and was gone

The red lights in the woods is a car. My guess is someone with Jon's party. It didn't seem to bother them, so I just figured they knew who it was. But, def a car.

The mothman wad not seen after the Silver Bridge colapse.. Before this the morhman was stocking people. The two people who's body's where never recovered from the Silver Bridge collapse. What gender where they ? How old where they ? They where abducted ! Which mean the Silver Bridge collapse was a distraction. Ans did not collapse on its own.

We have an area like that about 4 miles from here, it is called Volunteer Army Ammunition Plant..we went into a bunker just like the one you are making sounds echo..did you know that a fart will echo pretty good in one of those buildings?
