Hopefully your council does restore it but typically with graded buildings the council let them decay so much eventually there deemed unsafe. So they can demolish the building legally.

@@ExploringHabit thank you for the reply interesting video we have a lot of memories there i learnt to swim there ,i agree with what you are saying but i hope you are wrong, in the building years ago was our local library which you probably know that,
