The architecture of this on the outside is really beautiful.the interior plaster is in sad shape though...its kind of sad to see these old grand dams falling into such ruin. It has a really nice layout and craftsmanship in the construction. Loved the painted ceilings and the great lighting on that spiral staircase. A lot of the frescoes are holding up really well for their age. I have fireplace envy now. Thanks for another wonderful adventure. I could live in this one happily if it was restored inside. I see them the way they were when looking at the present state with you. So many beautiful frescoes and amazing huge fireplaces. Love your joy in these places. 🖤🇨🇦

What a magnificent castle! I just love the ceilings, walls, with the beautifully paintings! The architecture is just incredible too. So much craftsmanship n person touches through out. I just don't get why it's rotting away. The history of this place should be enough to make it a landmark right? It's so beautiful on the outside n the view looking out is beautiful. I'm so grateful you shared this magnificent place with me.

I agree that the government needs to restore these places and time effort and materials need to be donated. An compensation should be recognition to those who helped by tax exemptions. But once these historic places are gone so is the curiosity of their history. It's like losing a part of who you are. Forget the past and you are doomed to repeat it. History teaches us lessons we shouldn't forget.

Fascinating. There are many abandoned castles in Europe. Many are restored for historical purposes and yet still so many left to decay and crumble. What a shame something that must have taken decades to build and decorate now is dying a slow death with no one caring for it. I agree with you, I think the Government should undertake the task of restoring them but it does cost millions to do so this is most like why they don't. Such a shame... beautiful place, thanks again for sharing it with us. You always find the most intriguing places to explore and film.
