the last owner died years ago, and left no will stating what to do with the place, it was not in the best shape even then. So the city took it over and a couple years later it was closed to the public dew to deterioration, and now the remains need to be moved as the whole thing is starting to collapse, but at a cost of 6,000.00 per coffin removal, The city is unable to come up with funds to do this, so only a few wealthy families had their members remains removed so far and the rest are still there, hopefully funding will be found before the whole building falls over....
