+Exploring With Steve How do you find the places that you end up exploring?
What a beautiful property - I hope someone buys this and makes a good use of it. It's in great condition for an abandoned mansion.
Seeing that empty library made me super sad.
You guys should have a tv show

Sad to see all of the beautiful woodwork in the stairways, french doors, bookshelves all go to ruin. Thanks for the tour. I would love to walk through that place myself.
Beautifull place hope it gets restored

Your perspective view of the architecture is amazing ! When you walked threw the library and the photo was so awesome! I almost missed this video I am so glad I found it !
Hey, Steve. Nice video. Wish you could have stayed longer. I've seen other explorer's vids of this place and I'm a little sad to see that both vandalism and natural decay seem to be getting worse. That's a real shame because the place seems like it is still in remarkable shape, for the most part. I think I read somewhere that the current owner does want to sell the place, but has it overpriced by hundreds of thousands of dollars and, although he has received numerous offers, he will not budge on the price. That just seems so incredibly stupid, because the longer it sits, the more expensive it's gonna be to bring it back to code, whether a new owner wants it as a (HUGE) private home (which it appears to have been at one time) or some kind of social hall or to be used as a private or public function space(s) for weddings/anniversaries/reunions/corporate retreats/company Christmas parties and so on and so forth. Depending on where it is, I think it would make a fantastic country inn/bed and breakfast that also did catered to special events, like the ones I named above. Just imagine catering a large wedding on the property or in the house. Most newlyweds don't leave for their honeymoon directly from the wedding reception. You could have one of the bigger bedrooms totally decked out as an over the top Bridal Suite that was way better than anything even the nicer hotel chains had to offer. Wow! I really strayed off there. Didn't I? Sorry about that! LOL!! Several months ago (Maybe as long as a year ago, we chatted back and forth about another of your videos and I asked if you ever get to Ohio, because I know of a lot great old abandoned places, both urban and rural. That offer still stands next time you're in the area. I'd love to know where this place is, but I also know that disclosing the location of buildings you explore and document is a breach of ethics in the world of URBEX. Especially something as grand and (relatively) well preserved as this place is. It's apparent that Mother Nature, Father Time and local vandals are beginning to have a negative impact on the place. Anyway, please inbox me and send me a friend request on FB. My name is Larry Kingera and I'm holding a black and white kitten on my shoulder in the profile picture. This way, we can talk more freely without broadcasting our conversations to the whole world!! LOL. Keep up the great work! I look forward to hearing back from you and getting to know you better.
Man, I would love to explore abandoned building. The few abandoned places that are closer to where I live are always guarded, not sure why though, nothing really important, like an abandoned elementary school and an insane asylum or whatever they're called
Lol - thought it would be ironic if the only book in the library was a bible, and then was a book about christianity - kristendom in danish. Love the videos they are always such a pleasure to see. :)
The piano sonata from Elfin Lied at the beginning was a nice touch. 👌 really set the mood

It would be nice to know the History of this place.
More like "the selfie show" than about exploring the building. Too bad, the little bit I saw of it sure seems like an AMAZING place.
Beautiful old building. I love the wooden panelling.
This building appears to be in good shape, I wonder if they tried to sell it? thanks for showing the history of some of these places, great interest to me!
Woah 100K Congrats Steve.
Good job ! I really like your video and Cody, Josh and John's videos because you respect the place, you're here to explore and learn. We can see that you all really like what you do ! That was a beautiful place :) Did you find abandoned mansions in France ?
Really enjoy your exploring. what a great place, thanks for taking us with you. 😊
Such a beautiful place and even the rugs looked well maintained
Still at least some power on. Lit up exit sign at 8:54. I bet it was a catholic orphanage from all the religious stuff. That would also explain the opulence of the place.
You should go to a haunted mansion "the scariest one" and scare all the people, but yell first, then jump out
Hey Steve I really like your videos man and i have 2 questions:) 1. What Camera do you use? 2. Do you use a Steadycam / Glidecam? Best regards from Luxembourg :D

Very nicely done!
I watched your videos way too much haha I love them
It's so sad a few months prior to you showing it the Library had no writing in it.
;8:23 love the picture and you 3 are a good team :)
i got chills when i saw that pentagram especially that BOK 2012.
Reminds me of Harry Potter LOL I love the design and craftsmanship of the building. Just imagine if those walls could talk.
the lilium really went well with the mansion 👍
hehe, John looks good with that mask in creepy room :D
keep doing what you do, love your videos😁
I love that place wish I could go to some of these places, thanks ror filming them for us ! I just wish you guys would have filmed the whole place ! Just Subscribed TFS
really enjoy your videos you capture the mood and its certainly noticeable how much effort you put into them!! such detail in the shots great capture indeed what camera system are you using? I really enjoy it!
Abandoned? Why are the exit signs lit up? Electricity in an abandoned place like that? Hmmmm also I hate vandals!
nice video, very professional clean crisp picture. You guys keep up the good work, your awesome. one of my top 3 exploring channels I've subscribed to, and I've subscribed to a lot. Thank you very much!!!!
I'm guessing it's the Holy Family Orphanage which has been undergoing restoration to be turned into apartments. In which case, I don't see how exposing the location of such a building would really do any damage to the preservation of it, considering they have already began the process of restoration. Even if I'm completely wrong about that, I don't think it's fair that you can explore a place that certainly isn't a local secret (wherever that locale is) because you deem yourselves worthy, while denying information about the property to others, who mostly live hundreds or thousands of miles away. I see a double-standard here. I really don't imagine people come on KZread to watch videos about the exploration of historic buildings only so they can go and vandalize it. They watch videos like this because they share the same passion that you do about historic buildings.
One of the best videos on KZread.✔ Nice work :)
dude your videos are so cool. I really want to do urban exploring too when I'm old enough

Nice vid, amazing location. Thank you guys.
I found out 1 thing : that skull balaclawa is not for ppl whom has forehead as big as taking half or more then half of his face .
I enjoy your expeditions and detailed explination.
I’ve been watching your earlier videos and you’ve really come a long way
Yes it is a great shame that this huge building can not be done up and made available to some of the many many homeless people in America or a home for some ex veterans or something as this building did not look too deteriorated and with a bit of love this would be a huge place to house some of America's many many homeless people and if it used to be an orphanage it should have kitchen and bathroom facilities. It is such a shame that this building has been abandoned and is just going to waste. It is a pitty that people can't loby and get this place put to some good use. Some history on this building would have been really good to hear. As I would really like to hear more of the buildings history in your vids as that would make them even more interesting. Such as was this building a school or an orphanage or a boarding school. It would be really really interesting to hear more of the buildings history and maybe also see some of the grounds like for example were there any graves in the grounds??? Great vid though. Some of your vids are really scarey though. I have to stop watching your videos at night lol!!!
there is an abandoned club med in Bermuda on St Kathrine beach its right next to an old 1400s fort thought u guys might want to take a trip also in the 1970s i went cross country with some friends and we found a abandoned tuberculosis asylum in Ohio i think that was crazy i wonder if its still there
Beautiful place. So many homeless. So many sturdy abandoned buildings.
wow first video I have watched with you guys, without Josh... safe to say I still thoroughly enjoyed it, pretty sweet place!
Beautiful place. I am from France and I will definitively buy it and restored it. Where is this property located? David
Great piano song :)
Hi Steve and josh. I love both your videos. I'm wondering if felly sheets might refer to felony sheets? Maybe. :)
Great explore 👍 7.32 music from Kingdom Hearts my fave game ❤ x
What a wonderfully beautiful place. I would love to have seen more of it, and less of you guys. Thanks for showing us what you did however. It is nice to see a place in such great condition. Sad that it is not being maintained to preserve such a structure

Lillium. Its the opening of a great gore anime called Elfen Lied. The song was made by a Mexican who composed the song because he lost his closest friend in a motorcycle accident. The concept art of the opening of Elfen Lied is a tribute to an artist called Gustav Klimpt, which's art can be seened in the movie "Woman in gold" and its part of the trama.

You know!!.. sometimes the homeless peoples do make some of the abandoned houses as theirs, one time not long ago I went in my neighborhood to a abandoned house and was surprised after taking some stuffs from the house, some homeless couple run after me and ask me why I was taking their stuffs, when I was about to put them in my boyfriend's car, they were pretty cool stuffs though!..The most weird thing was when I finally get out from that abandoned house with the stuffs that I took and I returned back home,I put some of the CD's in the CD player to see what music it's on those CD's,and to my surprise I found out that the CD's was having music from my country.
