I love finding these kind of places. It feels so much better to explore and you don’t have to worry much. Very cool video!

Unless it's Australia full of giant posion spiders and snakes
I love seeing old abandon houses and property.....good job guys
i love it when you all explore together you get 2-3 videos of the same place with different film styles and editing it is the best hope you have a great weekend my firend GOD BLESS
I was in a house that was abandoned way back in 1988 and it had a pristine attic and I pilfered a nearly mint Marantz stereo system with 11 skate cases of hard rock and metal music all from the 80s!!!
It just makes me want to buy properties like this and restore them... ugh I love it
Maybe they changed their mind about renovating when they found out the snakes had moved in.

Helen Hollywood Explores I'll have to remember to check that out. Sounds interesting.
Wow what a amazing place, it never amazes me that these places are left to rot.
I'm 14, and me and my friend found a half build like house, it looks unfinished, and rusty. idk if it's new or not. but the roof is made from some like doors and wood and stuff, it's also like 10 feet deep underground, we jumped in to see more. But that is cooler, and I wish I found stuff like that in the woods lol
Cool find on the VHS tapes

Looks like Thir13en Ghosts was a rental. I wonder what the late fee is up to..
i used to explore abandoned houses as a kid/teen, always an amazing experience. a few of them actually still had the old oval screen tvs in them. old magazines from the 50's ect. sad to think about what possible reasons they have for being abandoned. death, financial issues.... they all used to be loved and lived in. housed families or generations of families... in a sense, sustained lives for many years. then they end up like this, when there are literally more abandoned places in the country than homeless ppl. and our tax money goes to other countries or paying off student debts.... when it should be going to take care of our vets.... sad world we live in....
Awesome house! Love the Angel figurine at 3:38 :)
I would still be afraid living surrounded by people...I salute them who choose to live in the middle of nowhere. Its is truly calming living by nature but I m a scardy cat
Looks like it would be a great place to save! Nice and quiet. No one will disturb you! Well unless it's you three! :)
i love your spooky houses u find. thank u.
That was fun seeing the house in the woods. Good video
Another incredible VIDEO definitely could be salvagible but I'm afraid it may end up never lived in again

KDOGG MKEYY & THE DOGG HOUSE REPORT ..yep they do an awesome sauce job on these finds and vids
Cute and funny, you guys are! Enjoyed the video, thanks for posting!!
Great video house looks like it fall apart anytime
If you're going to go brush busting you should invest in some light colored coveralls. Ticks and creepy crawlies are easy to spot and you can brush them off when the explore is complete. It sure beats stripping down to check for bugs.
HaHa! An "Open House" sign. That's an understatement:)

They may have fixed it up but got no buyers, it happens. Shame cause the house might have gotten another chance.
Liked your video. You kept it short and interesting. Thank you.
Would have been a pretty place in its day. Thankyou for sharing.
RayRay is indeed a Bloodhound!! Criekes....ticks, snakes, spiders....eeeewwww!!! That's a snake nest in the cabinet, next to the skin 😂
To bad they couldn't finish fixing up that house! Would be great to live in the woods! Nice video!

Pretty good! After the fact as you said about ticks. They are everywhere, as well as chiggars. Stinging nettles are a lot of fun as well. From experience, I know this well. Stinging nettles are all around you before you realize it. God Bless.
Hi! Very Nice! Thank You!
Great job God bless

So you remember the movie 13 ghosts huh. I'll bet the one you remember was the remake. The original I saw at the theater, when I was a kid. You had to wear special 3D glasses to see the ghosts on the screen. Now that was scary.
Everyone had a beautiful porch.
Nice job 💪🏻🔥
Awsome video again. BUT THIS HOUSE WOULD COST TOO MUCH MONEY TO SAVE, IT WOULD BE CHEEPER TO BULLDOZE IT DOWN AND BUILD ANOTHER HOME THERE ON THE PROPERTY
Thanks from Italy!
Would make a nice get away vacation spot. Someone was slowly working on it eh?
The “summer’s eve” zoom in…. Pardon my French but 😂🤣

Abandoned houses are sad to me..What if there was a family that lived there, and passed away or got killed? This is all that’s left..

I may be imagining things, but he reminds me of a young Larry the Cable Guy.
Interesting fine. Like the laugh when you see the douch product. Cheryl54 God Bless
It's creepy now imagine in the night time
Wish i had a front porch like that.
Cool house,such a shame it's been abandoned.
I've seen houses in a lot worse shape be made into nice homes.
Cool man
great video, but if I could make a suggestion: please don't chew gum while you're filming and talking. lol it was like heavy breathing and smacking jaws while I was trying to listen to what you were saying (ew) sorry, it's the mom in me hahaha!

i like your video it was coll
I loooooove it . i want it ❤
Did this house get fixed up and sold or demolished?
Another nice fixer upper. I wonder what happened but maybe they ran out of money.
I prefer washing myself after I go for number 2... it helps keep the bats away
They called you a " Hoss " at 3:02!
Imagine the family at the time when building the house
Just found your channel...great video! I’d love to do these - without the little ones of course - but the Mrs. is not a fan of the idea. “Maybe when the kids are grown and we don’t need you around anymore!😉” She says the same when I mention wanting a motorcycle!
Hey john I hope yr still doing video 😊
Definitely a creeper house But still cool

Come to the Concord Point lighthouse in Maryland if you want REALLY haunted. When I learn how to put up a pic slide to show some real ghost pics. One is of a blackhooded skeleton looking thing with an evil smile with very sharp pointed teeth that was standing at the light house.
Furnace-wiring-insulating-roofing-plumbing-sewers-water source-termites??? Haunted??
I bought a abandoned house on tax sale
The Picture frame with the hand Prints does ot say name of child? Maybe the mother or father or a living relatives would want it
Just because something seems that it has been a banded doesn’t mean someone doesn’t still own it and they’re coming back where they have left it to another family member working across the country and can’t and don’t have the time to fix it up till a later date nothing like people intruding on your property someone always owns the property one day you will get your head blown off for trespassing
OH WOW, @ 1:38 I hear a growl that sounded like a gator, must be a demon!

Hi John
What the hell happened they left so much great furniture in there how sad
I totally want to move in.
Is this private property ?
Break, enter and theft if you take anything, all a crime.

Great video Jon!!Thanks again for sharing!!
Alot of monster in this house
salvageable, if you love grunge work and drudgery the rest of your life, burn it down and save everybody a load of grief.
Is it for sale?
I would be taking cool old stuff I see, it's not stealing it's repurposing.
Would have been ok if this guy wasn't chewing gum all the time
I want to go with someone. If you're round or near Chattanooga let me know.
I absolutely Love Tennessee! ... but .... wouldn't those woods be full of poisonous snakes, such as rattlers? 8-O
I don't believe it's all that old.....1970's would be my guess. Block...drywall (no lathe-n-plaster)...plywood flooring...chintzy panelling...newer windows don't look like they were refitted....look original to building...electric panel box...
Do you know the owner and get permission before you walked in?
I know this house. Seen it!

When you goes too these places you need a mask good video though
Hate to tell you but that's actually called criminal trespassing even though it's empty somebody owns it
Watch out for snakes, folks.
if it is abandoned where are the spider webs
!
Do you have permission to be on the premises? Doesn't mean the family has abandoned the property.
. What you find out who owns that maybe you can buy it. yeah that's what they probably didn't run out of funding and then had a big is going to probably flip it go to the County Treasurer are auditor and I'll tell you who owns it
Imagine at night ? 😱
