its a private home and property, the owner upped and left but its still owned by her, you can't just go into a persons house and clear it out no matter how disgusting it is. It is the owners responsibility, doing that would break numerous laws. Secondly the cost of clearing it would be thousands, who is going to pay for it and why - the local council can't just spend tax payers money on things like that, why should other people pay to clear another persons mess? The only thing that could happen is for the owner to be traced and told to clear the house and pat for it but that is very unlikely as their needs to be a specific reason - in that its endangering other people or the surrounding environment, which it isn't - plus the cost of doing that makes it unlikely. If a person owns a property they can do what they like with it apart from things covered by building regulations. if a person chooses to leave a house sat empty - they can do that. If the owner dies and there is no will or relative to inherit it - it goes to the crown, its called 'dying intestate' HM Treasury is then responsible for dealing with the estate. If no single living relative can be found - it goes to HM Treasury, This takes years and eventually the property is put on the market and sold. However if one single distant relative is traced it goes to that person, if they want it or not. Often in these cases a person won't want it as they are also burdened with any costs - including inheritance tax. Suddenly a person wakes up to find they owe the government 40% of the value of a property they didn't know they owned and are now responsible for any debts remaining as well as council tax etc. it is down to that person to cover the costs of making it decent enough to sell - this is a burden many people don't want, they might be living in Australia or something. This is another reason you find empty houses just sitting abandoned. A person, say a friend can apply to be the administrator of the estate - but again this then makes them responsible for all the costs, including probate solicitors as well - plus the time of doing it, not something many people want unless the are experienced property developers / investors and know they can make a big profit selling the land.

It was Sam and Jessy who got caught buy the people her parents died and left the sheep farm to run on her own and sheep kept dieing and couldn't not cope in the end she just left the place as the place was full of sheep bones and one or two dogs in boxes but the dogs had gone creepy not good

My GOD!!! I empathize with a poor old woman who/ serious OCD & Hoarding Disorder, but the house in its entirety, the fixtures, furniture, personal items and everything (minus the rotting animal corpses and other perishables) is otherwise *stunning* and *so* beautiful!! If I win a lottery I’d buy it in a flat second to refurbish and preserve as best would be possible. Of course, once I run out of crack and understand that no, I will never win a lottery and that the property eill either be set on fire by local hoodlums or demolished and replaced by practical, sensible, modern, new IKEA house w/ built in Starbucks, parking garage and supermarket. This way, the community will be served because a 500 year-old farm house has no historical significance but first give real estate developers a total tax break because they are doing YOU a favor by existing because they will hire some of you to be minimum wage serfs for the corporations that collapsed your country’s economy to begin with. Yaaaay, asset hoarding! Whether Conservative OR labor, it doesn’t matter- because filthy rich corporate scum are all the same! Go, tell the children!!!

One of the nastiest places I've seen, too bad because from the outside the home looks like a idealic quaint home then you go inside it's exactly the opposite. Even when you remove everything the inside I warren of small rooms and not much space. The home Needs to be completely emptied out and gutted to the exterior walls and new architectural plans made up to build a new Much better interior and updated space.

A sad story indeed. Odd collection of bons, she must have had a obsession with the,. Did anyone ever find out what happened to her and why is this beautiful cottage not been claimed by other family members? Cleaned up and restored it would look beautiful. Left as it is it wil just deteriorate with time. There are some antiques there and its a wonder they are still there. I would like to know more about this place and find out what will happen to it.

Obviously who ever lived there ....they had their own sheep or they hunted sheep. Hence the bones . The pet coffins are ABIT omg 😲 I mean who does that . Fucken dog burried in a coffin and still has it's fur on.... Good God that's horrid. What is it with people that live in rural areas.. most old farms have outbuildings that they kept animals in, surprised they weren't old bones or bodies in the old stables. I honestly don't know what to think. Whoever lived there clearly had some mental health issues. Psychopath's - do stuff like this.

This is the 3rd time I have seen this house explored, 3 different channels. I suspect people go in there quite a bit now, but not all filming. There are also 2 youtubers who went into a house that had big slabs of molded mummified meat in it. Not sure, may have been Sam and Jess, but was a couple years ago.

Hunter went through her phone and found the message AFTER SUMMER GOT GONE. Candace laid her phone down on the table and Hunter looked through it while she went to the car to get something, and he saw the "it's done" message. If you re-watch the interview with Chris, Allie and Hunter, you will see Jodie Sue is telling the truth about that.

It's been covered several times by other channels. One of them got discovered by a neighbour who told them it was owned by a farming family. The parents both passed away young, leaving a daughter in her teens who didn't have the knowledge to run and work the farm as a business nor pay the bills so she left the property when the debts mounted. The neighbour said it had since been auctioned and sold and was going to be repaired and modernised by the new owner, that was about six months ago but doesn't look like much is happening if this is a recent explore.

I totaly understand it's a awfull thing to have to do because of hygiene, respect for the bones stuff like that as it's a sentimental and worry incase you left any of the bones behind maybe even if you put them all together maybe put the bones together even in a dug hold outside, give them a burial but I suppose even if you wanted to you could have got real backlash even get into trouble from the Athoritys, the police, even the new owners if there is any. But anyway me and my Doggy Blaze send our Love, good wishes to all the deceased Animals and we know they will all be over The Rainbow Bridge all well, whole, Fit, Healthy all playing with all the Animals that are also over The Rainbow Bridge , all together and Happy

Maybe she lost her sense of smell? Or became "nose blind" after a while? I recently had covid, lost sense of smell for about 4 days. It was creepy to be honest! Even with stuff that smells like cleaning dog poop, there was zero smell to me, and made me jumpy knowing what I was cleaning was stinky, yet I couldn't smell anything. I'm glad it came back, the nose is for smelling bad things so you know to avoid them or be cautious with them. I could have been in a room full of rotting bodies and smelled nothing. Some people lose sense of smell permanently from some medical causes. I heard many really old people lose sense of taste and all food tastes the same to them. It's why some are really skinny, no joy in eating, so they don't eat. Can lose smell as well. And sight. And hearing.

I love the way you say lada 😅 what a horrible find. Why wasn't anything done about this. Did the animals die in there? How cruel,, why didn't the neighbours say or report it

well, rumours that the place was being cleared out but nope still left.I know the place was reported to the police etc but again still left - someone probs neighbours put some signs up but again left so mad
