Hidden deep within the verdant embrace of a rural French town, lies a grand manor house, its façade shrouded in whispers of a past that is now forgotten. This once-stately home, now crumbling and forlorn, was once the vibrant residence of a wealthy French businessman and his beloved wife. This man, a figure of enterprise and adventure, traversed the globe, from the bustling cities of America to the serene temples of Asia, gathering experiences from distant lands.
Yet, for reasons unknown, they vanished without a trace, leaving behind everything they owned. The rooms remain frozen in time, adorned with family portraits, personal mementos, and a decayed library that looks like a scene from a fantastical tale, a world where time stands still and secrets linger in the shadows.All that remains now, is a sole testament to their affluent life.
For over a decade, the manor has stood abandoned, and has slowly become a ghostly relic of a bygone era, its once-opulent interiors now succumbing to the relentless advance of decay. Ceilings start to crumble, books disintegrate into dust, and the air is thick with the scent of dampness and nostalgia.
Today, I will step into the eerie silence of this manor to embark on a journey through time, determined to uncover the mysteries that lie within its walls. Who were the people who called this place home? And what circumstances led them to desert their splendid home, leaving behind all they held dear?
Let’s explore this place together and start piecing together the fragments of its unknown story.

Great exploration, those old movie magazines from 1949, still in great condition after 75 years, amazing!!
I wonder why so many villas of rich people end up abandoned... maybe business success often comes with heavy burden on family life that their kids want to simply leave behind.

I have some first editions and books from there 1900s and after. I would have loved just to sit there and read them all! The ones I buy from antique shops! Please remember electric & bathrooms were added later wherever they would fit. I miss Romano. You both make a great team!!!
They said nobody can still your knowledge! This true they empty the place but the left the most important things behind (books)

What a shame the black mould has gotten in. The interior is doomed. You should be wearing a protective mask at least. It's dangerous.

I-a plăcut să călătorească, muzica și lectura.A avut o soție frumoasă, o casă frumoasă, o meserie care îi permitea să vadă lumea.Cred că a fost un om fericit!Nu știu ce s-a întâmplat dar sunt atâtea lucruri rămase in urmă!Poate că acest om s-a îmbolnăvit și dacă nu a mai putut avea grijă de el și de casă, a trebuit să plece la azil.Sau s-a stins din viață singur...😢

Hey Maureno, Explomo, I had to rewatch this explore video! This is a really magical mansion with still some rooms showing nicely the former grandeur of this place. Despite of the heavy decay some rooms truly look like frozen in time, - legit time capsules. - Especially the library with all the old books is really quite impressive to see! Wonderful and exciting explore, which I very much enjoyed watching! - Lovely to see the other explorers, especially Josh, whose videos I am also watching with the same great pleasure as I watch your videos. Salut! În primul rând, mulțumim că vizionezi videoclipurile noastre, chiar dacă nu sunt în limba ta. 😊 Echipa noastră a fost ocupată lucrând la subtitrări, iar acum acestea sunt gata și disponibile pentru acest videoclip. Ne pare rău pentru inconvenient și pentru așteptare. Este multă muncă deoarece toate subtitrările sunt realizate manual pentru a ne asigura că sunt complet corecte și pentru a evita greșelile din traducerile automate. Sperăm să te bucuri de video cu noile subtitrări în limba română!

I live in the USA and it,s taking me some time to get used to you saying garden instead of yard. That's one tall frig. For me you take too long on photo's, I just skip past. I didn't see anything scary in the library.
