Thank you , Rescued a Labrador. She's 9 and goes every where with me, Now I'm an empty nester. Apartment is big one bedroom, we're buddies. Have had her for almost five months. She had been abused, Kindness practiced dairy. Her beds are at side and foot of my bed.. We' saved each other. Some elderly residents living in this complex seem afraid of her. Sigh...

Some people how can they live with theirselves throwing away these 2 young pups to die in several ways it saddens me so much. But Nina was saved and got a furever home. He did the right thing by letting her say goodbye to her brother. A veterinarian taught me this. When I had to put down my 21 year old cat, Bobby, who was very sick, the vet told me to let our other cat, Milo, sniff Bobby so he could understand that Bobby was gone. Even so, Milo cried for Bobby for days, but I think being able to say goodbye helped. Milo was so sad that we got him two kittens before our hearts were quite ready. He fell in love with one of them. Four years later, Milo is 19, and he still loves his little kitty friend.

Thank you God for putting enough good people on this planet to distract me from time to time!
