I used to own a 1.8 ST we had a guy in the celica fb pages called Abdul Teem . He may have parts as he broke them .

It might be cheaper to repair the tailgate. A welder could easily do it . Meanwhile I would cover the holes to stop further damage to the boot foot. Tape a bin liner over it, or fill it with putty, anything really apart from body filler 😅

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say there is zero chance the bloke is ever getting round to restoring the celicas especially as after 18 years of sitting there already they will die on that drive unfortunately

If only every owner was as chilled as the GT4 owner, innit bruv.

Stu, I want my standard 94 celiac GT back. It had 250k miles on it and still running. Drove it all around Pennsylvania in the 90s .

Had a gt four dont know what was done to it but cops couldn't catch it for 💩 they found it parked up 1 day slashed ma tires and took the HT leads 😂😂

Naaaahhh.. that guy with the Celicas.. he ain’t doing crap to restore those gems…5-10 years from today, it gonna be sitting in the same place, maybe fully covered in bush.. maybe you can convince him to let you have one of those to “help “ bring them back to its pristine glory.. otherwise, they’ll go back to nature….eventually
