Abandoned $12,000,000 Mega Mansion With Power | Massive Indoor Pool

In todays episode, we explore an abandoned mega mansion that was abandoned in 2010. This was definitely one of my favorite mansions ive ever been to because of the many pristine bathrooms and bedrooms it had, including working power. It was on market for 12,000,000 dollars at some point, and was purchased in early 2022 by a developer. Who knows what will happen with it now.

Absolutely Exquisite. I watched this somewhere else, but they didn't do it justice. You have a common sense way of explaining. Appreciate your work. Having OCD cleaning this home would break me lol. Also 😂OCD 😂again i would have to check every cupboard, wardrobe, nook and cranny before i could sleep. Great video Thank you so much. Kindest thoughts to you, your Subscribers families and Furbabies from Australia x

That’s an amazing house- can’t have been abandoned for too long. It’s much too clean.

I saw this video last week from someone else and this house is way cool!! Love that pool area with rooms off of it. It reminds me of a small resort in the Poconos. The kitchen I was not impressed with, there are more details in the bathroom then the kitchen which is kind of strange. I would love to know what went on here and imagine the parties and family functions that went on here.

Lit mansion🔥 At 11:21 that is called a court yard, the tv's are not 80's they are late 90's -00's and I noticed on the thermostat that the switch was turned to "off" that may have been why it dident work 🤔 Also I made a urbex vid with my friend it will be up in a day or 2 rn I just got a few vids of my cat I posted bc whatever lol. Keep exploring 🤙

9:25 that’s a heat lamp that would be on a timer while you were in the shower so you wouldn’t freeze to death on the marble floors when you got out

Good explore, but, was left disappointed with no explore of the basement. Both you & another explorer missed showing it, even when saying you do so. Keep up the good exploring.

I went to check it out real quick off camera, and it was just a little hallway full of dusty pipes and nothing really else. Hopefully that brings closure for you haha :)

So the paper umbrellas that come with your frozen drinks in the Caribbean are a tell tale sign that the owners were Chinese? Damn that’s some stereotypical logic. Keep up the good work. I’ll assume that there is a jukebox in one of the rooms with Christmas music that goes like this, Fa Ra Ra Ra Ra…….

I did some research later which confirmed it was owned by a Chinese family so I diddnt come to that conclusion just from things laying around. Thanks for the support!

While I appreciate your enthusiasm, you might want to brush up your “mansions” That red light is a heat lamp, the “wood closet” isn’t a sauna, it’s a Cedar Closet for out of season clothing. The faucets are swans, not geese or ducks. They are either Philrich or Sheryl Wagner, very expensive. Living rooms near or connected to bedrooms are called sitting rooms. The “curtains” over the master bed probably accented the original bed which was smaller than the one in the video. There’s a lot of swag drapery, typical of the 1980’s and 1990’s. Typically there would be nightstands on either side of the bed, not really bad fake ficus trees. Bedrooms always have closets. The built in cabinets housed an old school tube-television and electronics like a VCR, Blu Ray player, etc…
