You didn’t even describe the food. Most of us will never have the opportunity. We watch these things to get an idea of flavors, experiences, etc.,... mmm and ahhh doesn’t cut it.

When I had it was around 200 euros.
I think ABaC took some inspiration from other chefs/restaurants in their dishes.. like Alinea's edible balloon and The Fat Duck's chocolate candle
I really enjoyed this video! I had some trouble hearing your voice over the music. It was just a tiny audio issue though!! I don’t mean this as hate at all! I just mean to say, I’m really interested in what you have to say and wanted to let you know in case other’s had this issue too! I can delete/edit if it comes across as harsh/unfair! ♡

Hey! Thanks for your support and feedback! This is an early video of mine published over three years ago and there were some audio issues (I didn't even have a microphone back then!), and since then my video quality has improved drastically including having good audio. Taco Bell has a very comparable offer right now, the "My Cravings Box," which comes with three items and a drink. I feel like they should at least be awarded one Michelin star for what they're doing right now.

At 2:55min, center screen... broken spikes on the serving plate, wtf ? It's a little hard to imagine the plate was intentionally made that way. Did the Chef want to break it like that to try and convey whatever feeling he was having when he thought of the plating? If this is a mistake and if the place truly is broken, damn, that's a shame for this 3 stars restaurant.

Just finished eating here and it seems like the restaurant has definitely slipped since this video two years ago. Was definitely not 3 Michelin stared food! I went to the two Michelin stared restaurant 'moments' two days ago and it was levels above Abac. Very disappointed in all.
just tell the waiter to write down the names in a sheet of paper no need to make subs yourself

all it needed was some good marijuana and brandy or maybe Thai Chocolope decarb hashish on a spaceship heading for planet hunt for food
Sadly, I found the absence of any commentary during the courses made the entire marathon pointlessly pretentious (the dishes, i.e.), regardless of how magical or not the combinations may have been. Were any of the 25 dishes invented a match on those classic combinations (such as prawns and Rose Marie, or pork & apple, etc etc) that have proved the test of time and continue to be in demand? While I understand the need for experimentation and diversity, each dish served as a miniature can obviously be a pleasant surprise in a bite, but as a major dish ....? I suppose I'm fed up with the emphasis on decor and the apparent artistry of the plate and food sculpted on it. It makes me suspect that appearance has overtaken want of sustenance and depth of flavour. I playthe devil's advocate and welcome hearing the other side of the coin. Anyway, still enjoy your programmes v much.Ta.
