I really like how there’s no talking during the exercises. It was very zen. For someone like me who often has to manage tension during exercise, that peace and quiet meant a lot!

Ten minutes with no breaks is all it takes to fire up the core. This was such a good burn. Will be revisiting this one often!

OH MY GOODNESS, my abs were burning, I was about to quit 3 minutes in but I told myself to keep going and realized that it wasn't one of those routines where you perform 5 exercises and then repeat for 2 or 3 rounds....I am GLAD I kept going because it was a no-repeat which I LIVE FOR! THANK YOU for your AMAZING CONTENT!

Hi Heather thank you for the inspiration. I have been following your workout routines for more than 7 months. I was 165lbs and now I am down to 136lbs. I felt strong and motivated.
