In my opinion, if we ignore all the stats, centuries, runs and just look at the skills, AB de villiers is the greatest ODI batsman of all time and definitely one of the greatest in test.

Not true - this is why you need a minimum runs qualifier! Peter McGlashan, Ben Wheeler (no average), Sam Hain, Shubman Gill and Krunal Pandya all fit this, and Shubman has over 2000 runs!
