No. Aaron is a grown man. The way he's treating people, Vinny especially, is his own doing, his own choices. People always love to blame a woman for a man's violence but that's not how it works. Aaron is a horrible person, because of the choices HE made after he left. Chas might be to blame for him leaving, but she's not to blame for the person he became after.

spot on aaron..... about her being sterilized years ago....She goes into these 'Struggling' episodes (like when a b!tch goes into heat) and all she can think about is her satisfaction...could not even think about her mother dying.. Paddy doesn't mind cause he's a doormat. I know it hurts to have the village adulteress /child abductor as a 'mother' in name. Kiddo she was done w you when she drove you out of village for Al when she abandoned you as a child. I just laugh when Chas gets self righteous and motherly. ooooohhhh Eve's half brother might actually tell her what her mother is really like. Selfish is such a mild description for Chas.

Chas is just to stupid to see the effect she still has on Aaron. And yet again she gives up on him when it gets harder. If only she would once stick by him. But no, she confirms Aaron's idea that no one cares about him and that everyone is better off without him again and again.

Aaron is a grown up and they seem to have regressed his character but Chas left paddy again after saying it'd be different. Did she think about Eve? Should have left her with paddy. It's not like when she left Aaron. Aaron is a good man. But she always chooses herself. No wonder Aaron is sick of her. You'd think she'd have changed after everything
