They need to be able to hold the umpires responsible for their actions . This directly influences the game to have the manager removed from the game . They should be able to show the clip of Boone not saying a word and getting thrown out of the game . They also need to be able to interview the umpire and have them respond to the call based on the footage that clearly shows Boone did nothing wrong .

Umps and refs in all sports need to start being held accountable! If I’m Boone this game would be delayed because I wouldn’t be leaving that dugout!

Judge is moving his arms too much. Watch him closely. The pitcher is releasing the ball and he’s still moving his hands back. Then he has to bring them back forward. If he starts with them all the way back he will have more time to get his bat on the ball. If he wants to bring his hands back like that he needs to start out with them closer to his body. I don’t believe that the Yankees don’t see this. Maybe he refuses to change.

Good guys have bad days. love my braves, but a lot of them been slacking a bit at times.

I know Boone has been ejected before, but this time, he didn't deserve to get ejected. I feel bad for Boone. And Rodón, too. Because he pitched well but got no run support. And that's exactly what happens when you don't have any run support. You lose to that one sweet swing by Gelof, and that's all it took. And Hunter Wendelstedt is an embarrassing excuse for an umpire, him and Angel Hernandez are the worst.

It’s a bullpen comprised entirely of scrap heap pitchers. We do a good job of turning bad bullpen pitchers into pretty good pitchers but this year we don’t have a single bullpen arm that was great somewhere else

Yanks bullpen isn't the main problem. They've been shut out in half of their losses. Hot starts by Soto, Volpe and Cabrera had masked the problem, but Judge hasn't hit yet, Torres looks like he's holding the wrong end of the bat, and the Yankees may be shopping for a new catcher soon.

The league has well demonstrated that they have no intention of doing anything about or with the umpires. PERIOD. What about the integrity of the game ; there is no place for I DON’T CARE anywhere in that field. And if umpires can throw out the leaders they are definitely affecting the integrity of the games

Umps really need to be held more accountable. It seems to me, as someone that doesn't watch a lot of baseball, it's getting worse just based off all the clips I see lately. Because they have no fear of reprimand or removal.

I mean, the ump thought either he said something or someone in his dugout. It was a fan that did it, but the ump didn't know that. The other refs should have gotten together and told the ump.

This situation has surpassed me fr.. not only they don't call the right pitches but also don't even take the time to actually investigate what happens in the game and make arbitrary decisions. MLB needs to stop this asap! 😤

These press conferences are ridiculous when they want to ask questions about an ump since they know the manager or player can be fined for saying anything bad about them or their call and yet the umps don't even have to answer questions. Unions keep bad refs, teachers and cops from being accountable for being bad at their job.

MLB needs to correct this

Leagues of all sports need to provide officials with a path to reverse their decisions. When its obvious like this case, and the ump realizes it, they need to be able to say, "Sorry, I messed that one up. You're still in the game." We all recognize that they are fallible. Getting the call right is in the best interest of everyone.

The umpire should be fired and fined.

I dont TBH. I think that opens up a huge can of worms that's not good for baseball. As long as it's not over the top, fans should be able to rip into refs a little. We put the focus on the fan we start going down the wrong path. I want to hear the umpire justify not caring about the details that directly led to a manager ejection. Possibly the most unprofessional amd despicable things I've seen from an officer of the game.

Boone has had his hot headed moments but this is clearly one instance that he was completely innocent. For Hunter Wendelstedt to say "I don't care who said it your gone" is just unbelievable. They get all over someone like Angel Hernandez for a bad call and Wedndelstedt will get away with this one. Since Wendelstedt's dad Harry was a star umpire he's going to get special treatment for this garbage. The Yankees should have protested this game over Wendelstedt's horrible call.

It's not the hitting coaches it's the ballplayers who are not performing. This is the problem with long term contracts. The incentive is just not the same. However my problem was this particular guy changed his shirt which means he knows what he did and didn't want to get his ass kicked by other fans or thrown out of the stadium. It’s not even a matter of oversensitivity. The call made zero sense.

There should be replay/appeal on ALL ump calls. It's getting out of hand. Maybe Harry had issues with Bob or Ray, and passed them on to his son.
