Then he is mentioning about his gf marriage when people are carrying her in the Doli to make her sit in the car , at that time no one is changing shoulder. Basically he is comparing himself with her.

@@KillShot-ln6mn You could also interpret it like this The poet represents irony How his lover whom he loved with heart and soul marrying to someone else In indian subcontinent when bride leaves her father's home she's carried in a doli or royal carriage as a daughter is the glory of the home so she leaves in a royal manner Similarly when someone is dead we carry him on our shoulders as a last tribute to him. When the dead body is taken all his relatives exchange their shoulders and pick his body up on their shoulders. So here the poet says how beautifully you've left me my lover and without you my life is over . Now see my last journey or mentally destroyed state. How people are exchanging shoulders on my last rite .irony is Your doli or the carriage is a royal one and noone is there to give you love as i did

The actual word is "Baleen" ("n" at the end of this word is spoken in nose and in Urdu this pronunciation of "n" is called noon-ghunna). The word "Baleen" means pillow, or the head side (sarhana, in Urdu) of the person who is sleeping/lying on a bed.
