I’m on another one of my Aaliyah sprees and I love finding new unreleased songs and especially learning that she wrote them. Ugh she was one of my first musical influences and will always be! She was so talented!

That angelic voice so mesmerizing.

Man, I love this woman. Her music has been a big part of my life ever since I was a little girl, and has helped me get through so much. But I guess my favorite thing about her is how much I can relate to her. Growing up, I loved singing, acting, and dancing like she did, and she was always my favorite artist to sing along with. I've noticed that we have about the same vocal range (I think she sounds better though 😅).As a teen, I kept my hair long and straight like hers. I was teased for my size like she was. She was low key a metal head, just like myself. In about two months, I'll be the same age that she was when she passed... she passed when I was a little girl, and still managed to fill my life with amazing music. And I swear, all those years that I've been listening to her, I never get tired of her music...oh, and this song has been on repeat for like two days ❤❤❤
