Rohit surely has contributions in the views, but, along with the concepts and all other things came from Rajesh and his family, 100% of the people come to listen Rajesh, not Rohit, no one dedicatedly comes to watch Rohit. So, in any cases, Rajesh is not in any way bound to give Rohit any share or profit. Assume, this channel is a land, a property to me, so now if you come to work with me to take care of my property, of course I need to pay you for your hard work, if you work extra hours, I also need to pay you more, but that doesn't mean I have to share my property with you, no matter how much good care you take. For being present to the video, Rohit obviously doesn't have to do any extra work or doesn't need to spend more time, he is just doing his regular work. And we can see, Rajesh and his family is taking very good care of him and Rajesh even considers him just life one of his son, that can be clearly seen at his attitude towards Rohit. But don't forget, he is a Khalasi, and there is a long hard working struggling life is waiting for him ahead, so he has to be very well prepared for the real scenarios, this is not the time to get pampered and getting diverted from the real future.
