    Bhai merko planche aur muscle up front lever back lever yeh sab seekhna hai iske liye koi daily body weight workout routine bataao please mai 40 pushups normally kar leta hu aur 10 pull-ups front hand aur 10 back hand merko kuch tips do kese karu planche , muscle up , front lever , back lever .
