कढवलेल्या तुपाचं पाणी
कृती -
सर्वप्रथम गव्हाच्या पिठात मीठ, ओवा, हळद, तूप आणि तुपाचे पाणी (नसल्यास साधे पाणी) घालून घट्ट गोळा मळून घ्यावा. त्यातून एक मोठा गोळा घेऊन जाडसर पोळी लाटून तव्यावर टाकावी. गॅस मंद आचेवर ठेवून रोटीला वरून अंगठा आणि पहिल्या बोटाने गोलाकारात खवले पाडावे. खालच्या बाजूने लालसर होईपर्यंत रोटी भाजून घ्यावी. त्यानंतर तवा काढून रोटी दुसऱ्या बाजूने थेट मंद आचेवर भाजावी. पूर्णपणे भाजल्यावर त्यावर तूप टाकून सर्व्ह करावी.

कढीपत्ता

कृती -
सर्व डाळी पाण्यात तासभर भिजवून घ्याव्या. कुकरमध्ये पाणी घालून त्यात भिजवलेल्या डाळी, हळद, कांदा, टोमॅटो, ठेचलेला लसूण हे सर्व घालावे व कुकरच्या चार शिट्ट्या होऊ द्याव्या. त्यानंतर डाळ घोटून घ्यावी. कढईत तेल टाकून त्यात जिरं, मोहरी, कढीपत्ता, लसूण, मिरची पावडर, धणे पावडर परतून त्यात पाणी आणि शिजवलेली डाळ घालावी व त्यात वरून थोडा गरम मसाला, मीठ, कोथिंबीर घालून उकळी येऊ द्यावी.

पातेल्यात पावकिलो दह्याच्या ताकात चमचाभर ज्वारीचं पीठ टाकून एकजीव करावे आणि मध्यम आचेवर ठेवावे. त्यात मीठ आणि जिरे पावडर घालून उकळी येईपर्यंत चमच्याने हलवत राहावे. घट्ट होत असल्यास मध्ये ताक किंवा पाणी घालून पातळ करावे व उकळी आल्यावर गरम
किंवा थंड झाल्यावर सर्व्ह करावे.
