Great install video. What is the upper intake pipe muffler delete disk/coupler you have installed?

It was a 3D printed unit that we wanted to see if it made a difference in sound. It did not so the product never came to market.

I just installed this and although very nice and high quality, putting in those bottom screws was NOT EASY! I would recommend with future products maybe think about using some kind of slot and tab method for something like this. Instead of those bottom screws some tabs would work perfectly IMO.

We will certainly keep it in mind, but we believe we still have the best solution even if one of the bolts is a little harder to install than the rest. Unfortunately, there really isn't much room to work with in this area.

Hi, very well done with all Supra Mk5 improvements! I just bought the turbo heat shield, before installing it: I’m thinking to wrap exhaust manifold, what do you think? Any cons or advices about this? Thank you in advance, and for you work.

We do not see any need for it per say, but feel free to do so. Not going to hurt anything heat wrapping it.

Will this fit on a M140i F21 B58?

Bottom two bolts ... impossible. I've verified w a pick they are aligned so the bolt should be able to hit the threads. Been spinning this thing for half an hour lol. Bottom bolt....not even gonna try. I just tightened it down slapped it and said "this isn't going anywhere" call it a day. Beautiful piece and looks great in the car ❤

We were able to get all bolts on without issue. Wonder what is different for your case.

Does this fit 2021? It has a 6 port turbo manifold so the pickup points looks to be different.

RL Studios unfortunately we have not confirmed it yet. It most likely will not work as they are different engines.

Love your products! Are you guys planning on making a turbo heat shield for the A91 Supra anytime this year?

could i fit a hybrid exhaust manifold and turbo blanket with the heatsheild?

Maybe? Your best bet would be to review the install manual and video and compare them with your setup. Unfortunately, we cannot confirm.

Not sure. If you have the 6 port manifold, you will need the 6-port unit. It may also require modification as this heat shield is not designed for the M340i.

You need the 6 port one and it does fit the M340i's. Mulitple people are running it without any modifications. All M340i's are 6 port.

Does not work for M340i (Right Hand Drive - UK and some parts of the world) version as it would get in the way with the steering rack.

Can it fit with m340i 2021 right land drive sir?

Not that we know of. Our 6-port unit might work, but it only works with select BMW models.

possibly, but it might require modification and it will only fit the two-port manifold. If you have the 6-port manifold, you need to look at our 2021 model.

Is the 6 Port design for newer models? Can you explain why? Thanks!

The 2020 cars have a 2 port manifold. The 2021+ cars have a 6-port manifold. So, yes, the newer models have a 6 port manifold. Not really sure what you want to be explained.

@@VerusEngineering Sorry, what I mean is what exactly is "port" referring to? The exposed exhaust manifold runners? I have only seen pictures of the internal manifold with 2 runners to the turbo visible in the engine bay

UPDATE: I have successfully fitted it to my RHD Supra without any issues, frankly not sure what I was doing wrong before. ORIGINAL: Has anyone had any luck fitting this on a RHD Supra? It doesn’t seem to have enough clearance for the turbo actuator, bending it is difficult to say the least and ends up touching the steering column. It’s a lovely looking product so I’d hate to have to chop some off but I’m not sure how else it could possibly fit 😢

@@VerusEngineering yeh it was basically the same, there’s the OPF line on the UK & EU models to manoeuvre around but that ends up sitting in the little half circle cutout.

No, the opposite. This heat shield helps reduce heat soak.
