I totally agree if u have something other than dandruff on scalp.... the dandruff stuff just don't do the job!!!

There’s this serum for scalp on Amazon . I think it’s called flexitol, it worked so well for my psoriasis. Try it. Otherwise head and shoulders worked for the itchiness. I use serum for spot treatment
