A friend called me this morning and I think I'm going to make a Kanban board. I had absolutely no idea for goals or anything before she called and got me on the track of doing something like this. I don't know how to pick up the shards of my life since 2023 was the worst year of my life so far. Having things I can see and do in front of me even if it ends up being in a binder I reference every day is something. However, I hope to research how to put it on my wall cheaply as I am not up to spending funds on this,.

Hi Cindy, I am a cancer survivor . Here are two Italian recipes that are easy and quick. These are my go to when I am not feeling well, 1. Pastina. This is the name of the pasta you want. They are very very tiny pasta, usually in a box. Cook in broth. You can use all of the broth for a soup like meal or just use a little of the broth and add cheese and butter like a risotto. 2. Spaghetti bianco (white spaghetti) I prefer regular spaghetti or bucatini ( a much thicker pasta with a hole in the middle). Cook the spaghetti to taste, drain and add butter, cheese and whatever seasoning you like. I also do this with farfalle(butterflies) but add poppy seeds to the finished dish. Happy 2024

When you go to Boulder don't miss the Celestial Seasonings tour. It was really great. Plus the entire grounds are covered in wild prairie dogs and they are delightful!

For your rooftop drinks goal, I HIGHLY recommend going to Rio’s in Boulder! Spectacular rooftop view of the mountains and the best margaritas you’ll ever have

I have really enjoyed watching your vlogmas videos, Cindy, but these last few have been particularly inspiring! I’ve already talked to my spouse about having a monthly budget check in and I would like to follow along with your monthly challenges. I don’t have any concrete ideas for a bucket list just yet (I’m really late with my 2024 planning), but I like the idea of the “bucket list” versus a “goals” of “resolutions” list. BTW, my husband went to CU and I’ve been there with him a few times. Boulder is gorgeous! Enjoy!

Happy New Year Cindy & fam! A trick we learned, Jessie probably already knows about it, but if we cook rice or pasta we put it in the fridge and eat it the next day. Something happens and it doesn't spike his BG. I am lazy and buy the frozen precooked brown rice at TJ's. I hope this next year brings you much joy and hopefully you might feel a smidge better than last year. Lots of love from our family to yours. ❤

Sounds like a great year. My sister is getting married in Estes Park in June. My husband and I are planning a mini trip to the surrounding areas while we’re there. Now I recognize some of the places you talk about! Can’t wait to see your beautiful state!

Most of our bucket list things for 2024 are also experiential. Where in NC will we go? What activities do we want to do? Thank you for the ideas! My kids want to do a new restaurant every month.

I have been eating low carb for awhile now and I feel so much better and have more energy. Two of my family favorites are turkey burgers with fresh garlic Parmesan green beans and chicken fajitas with no shell or low carb shells. Yummy!

That is going to be an awesome concert - rock on! Loved your doodles - learning to draw/doodle is a bucket list item for me.

I love a lot of the things on your list. Great ideas and I may copy a few! I live in the Sacramento area and many years ago lived in Colorado Springs. It's a beautiful area. No shortage of stunning vistas a short drive away. Renting an RV and taking it somewhere north coast/Mendocino area is on my bucket list for 2024. Possibly in the fall when it's quieter. ❤
