Hi Ellis I love the road trip to gran couva I used to live in gran couva one of my sister still lives there and three of my aunts and uncle cousins still lives there my family owns a cocoa and coffee estate there we all used to go pick coffee and cocoa and sun dry it in the house that used to roll on wheels we roll it to get the sun all day and then in the afternoon when the sun goes down we roll it back to cover repeat several days until it was dry enough to parched and clean and then we used to grind the cocoa and make chocolate the and the coffee to ,it used to be alot of fun but very hard work

You are so right about those devices I am so proud your girls prefer an actual book vs a device. Yes, an actual conversation with your kids surprisingly will prove their intelligence. Also, extended screen usage can contribute to various physical ailments such as poor posture caused by constant hunching over devices; lately I’ve noticed open mouth posture. Literally kids who can’t close their mouth no matter the emotion, look around you’ll notice them.

Nice place, nice ambiance and external surroundings, I'll revisit and perhaps try a meal, the montserrat cocoa place is nice, I like the flat piece of land to the left on entry, I too fantasize about having a little hut there sipping coffee on a wooden step, taking in nature. 😁😊
