This is one very valuable lesson to teach them. They learn firstly about team work, respecting other people, that it's not only their needs that are important. The biggest lesson is that out their in the big world no one will care about their needs & they're not the centre of the universe as they sometimes believe they are, that will be the biggest shock. So don't feel GUILTY about teaching them values
