Please, I ask you to stop saying that "you would rather use the original music". It took me weeks to make a good animatic for you to just notice the song I used. Also, I did Amity as Aladdin BECAUSE I WANTED.

While I've already expressed my desire for the original I will defend your decision to use Amity as Aladdin. I think it works. I like seeing her as the one who initiates the ride. I like how Amity in this animatic is confident in trying to whoo Luz, it's a nice change from the show where she's been shy and nervous around Luz. I would honestly like to see you do another animatic, I think you have some talent with this.

I think it works since in the song it says "I can show you the world." Before Luz came to the demon realm, she never seen the boiling isles, it'll be Amity showing Luz the Boiling isles, I'll also like to see one where Luz shows Amity the human realm.

Making the Blight family palisman a snake made me realized that Amity is a great representation of the Slytherin house. She comes from a wealthy family that values status above all else, she's ambitious, she's proud... Come to think of it, all members of Luz and co. can fit into each house. Luz has Gryffindor written all over her, Willow is the good Hufflepuff (Shy, but friendly, good with plants, often overlooked), and Gus is the Ravenclaw because he was smart enough to skip ahead a few years.

I love how well this just fits with both of them: Luz getting to see what is literally a whole new world, meanwhile Amity is demonstrating how well you she knows Luz would love something like a scenic flying tour of the Isles. It's perfect.

Three things: 1. This was fantastic. 2. I think the new version of the song works better. Gives it a "next/new generation" of Disney feel. 3. I don't see any problem with Amity being the Aladdin, because feels like a nice reversal of how these two are usually portrayed, and I appreciate that uniqueness.

i love this!! luz’s bubbly joy and happiness DEFINITELY matches this version of the song better. i feel like this animatic is the epitome of luz looking at the entirety of the boiling isle all starry-eyed and then we see amity looking at luz the exact same way. ❤️❤️
