A Whole New HOUSE! Lighting Going IN! AMAZING!
Today, we've got an update on lighting, tile, family entry, masons, and even the downstairs flooring is going in! It's a busy day with a lot happening on site, and it's so much fun to see the progress being made.
These last 6-8 weeks will be the mad dash to finish up all of the loose ends, and it's great seeing the results of all of the selections coming together!

Background before lawn care, I know whst it takes to build and get such a beautiful house, not to mentioned the cost. I know you appreciate it coming from where you both have. What wall paint and trim paint colors did you go with?

We're still working through that now but Alabaster on the trim and some of the main walls and rooms. Just depends on the rooms too.
What manufacturer did you choose for your LVT? That's a nice color, thanks.

Hi there, I believe it's this: VV800-08007 Norfolk Maple, coretecfloors.com/en-us/products/coretec-pro-premium/norfolk-maple-vv800-08007, we ordered from an Independent Carpet One, and it was around $16k to do the basement roughly 2k sqft I think it was. The basement minus my AV room and the spare bedroom, those will be carpeted. Hope that helps!
Seen on another you tube channel the guys wife rented a couch for 2 weeks while they waited for new furniture to come in. Because she didn’t want a bare spot in the living room that they didn’t even use. The guy was pissed.

I guess that's one way to do it! However, we have no problem sitting on floors, we did that the first 3-4 years of our first apartment and marriage lol.
