I'm sooo happy Hunter got his 1st moose!! How exciting!!❤❤❤❤😊😊
The respect, care, integrity and love you put into the animal that's been harvested, well, is just amazing! We should all strive to harmonize, love and respect where our food comes from. Your channel, your voice, your vision is something I know I want to achieve.
I’m glad Hunter got a Moose.
I'm over here thinking 🤔 I've never even had moose. The prices of meat, it's awesome you all come together and do this.
the little one doesn't lisren too well...maybe next year. but i give you credit for letting him try.

Please remember you are seeing a very small part of hours of footage. I absolutely love that he wants to help with the process and is learning every step of the way!
It's wonderful to see you processing the moose. Congratulations to your son on his first kill.
Wow it's a big job thank you for sharing now when you talk about hunting and fishing we understand better what you have to do to take care of everything ! But it was so beautiful to see everyone helping and working hard 💜 💕 Beautiful family 👪 loving and caring! ❤❤
Go Hunter!!! That is so cool how you all work together as a family for your nourishment. Your boys are going to be a prize to the ladies when they are older.
This was awesome! My family processed our deer meat together. My dad and brother cut it up and my mom trimmed it. It was my job to wrap and mark it. We didn’t have the equipment to make sausage, so that meat went to the processor along with hog meat. This was all 60 years ago! I’m glad to see that some family traditions continue.
My nephew in Maine got a moose 22 yrs ago and offered the head to use to mount in our log home over our fireplace. We paid a taxidermist and it came out beautiful! I call him Jack because he shot it in Jackman Maine. We live in NH. I also had a few moose steaks and after we hung the moose over the fireplace I cooked them up . They were delicious!👍🏻 congrats to Hunter and thank you for another fantastic video.

What a fun memory! We have never made a mount from one, just the antlers. Thanks for watching!
I enjoyed this video so much, so interesting, kudos to you and Mark for raising such responsible young men. Have a wonderful week.😊
Great job Hunter and Mark !! It’s a job packaging fresh meat !! My Dad was a big game hunter when I was a child in Illinois! He did the processing himself for many years .. and it was a gathering of family to process his hunts. Our family’s would all get together and process the killing of Hogs, chickens, fish when they caught a load ... and we had a huge garden we canned and froze stuff out of ! A lot of memories made , even though I was a child I still remember it .. we would have to crank the grinder for hog meat . Everett was so proud he was the Cranker .. It’s a lot of work , but rewarding when your meal is ready ! Thank You for this Lauren .. it’s very interesting to watch ! Blessings to you all !
Go Hunter! Way to go! Awesome moose!

Thank you so much!
Good morning Lauren and Mark and family and thank you for sharing your beautiful day and congratulations Hunter
That’s an amazing amount of meat. Never realized how much would come from a moose. Love to see the kids jumping in and learning to process the meat.
It takes talent to cut meat into certain cuts and know what cuts are what. I wouldn't know! Congratulations Hunter! Great that the family even little Garret can do this together. The boys will carry on this tradition into adulthood for their future families. God is good to provide. 🙏

Thanks!! He did a great job!
I know how you feel. After retiring from the local hospital, I went back to college and got a degree in early childhood and worked at a daycare for 10 years. Loved loved loved the babies and spoiled them rotten. Cried when I left that say all the way home. I still see my babies but they're not babies anymore. Praying for you and sending you love...
Omg Bennet (if I spelled that right 😊) is so so helpful so sweet. He is going to be just like his daddy I cannot 😊. All the boys are so sweet, and helpful God bless you all!!
i grew up in a deer hunting family, so all of this made me think of home!
That was a great first mouse. To me it's about how good it tastes and look at all the money you saved it's worth the time

I'm so happy for Hunter I know he wanted one.
Good job Hunter. We just ate a venison roast that was 2 years old. It was wrapped in vacuum seal plastic wrap. It was just like it was done yesturday. You won't be disappoint if you use your your vacuum machine. It's a, lot of work as you know.
Moose meat is delicious! My 93 year old dad’s cousin went on the moose hunt every year until he died. He gave me some moose burgers. Yummy!!! And nutritious! 😁❤️
Such a awesome family chore, knowing y'all is a blessing for us all!!! Lol, "The Italian Stallion" is so cute!
Thank you for sharing cutting up your meat in different categories, it was very interesting....
Congratulations, Hunter! Boy, I can feel the excitement. Back in 1990, I shot a cow, she was 922 lbs, a good size for a cow! It sure filled my freezer. I shot her in middle Maine!! You are feeding your family, and that is so wonderful!!!

That is exactly how I felt processing with Mark's parents the first few times! Thanks for watching!
Hi again. I have been watching Marks show, and one after another, they get there bear, deer, carabo( great show) and now moose. After watching all of them, I should not have even questioned if they would get a moose. No Custco meat for you. So happy for you. I know the feeling of hearing a hunt went well, and I had venison in the freezer. Great jpb Hunter.

Congratulations Hunter watching this process with your family was so interesting to me. My parents went on a tour of Alaska with a bus group many years ago for 2 weeks. I was not with them but it was always my fathers with to return but unfortunately that was not in the cards for him. I so enjoy your family and mom is so informative. Thank you for sharing this experience with the KZread family and I so look forward to every adventure I share with all of you. Again congratulations.
Thank you for sharing your moose experience.
Happy for you all
Good for you all❤
Oh my gosh that looks like a lot of labor intensive work! But, once that job is completed, there must be a feeling of great satisfaction, knowing you’ve got a freezer full of moose meat waiting to be consumed in the next twelve months!
I grew up doing this but it was in a dark smelly basement it was not fun. Now as an adult I have not fun memories of it but I can see u guys are doing it so much better!!

Congratulations Hunter!!!!
Wow, what a blessing! I loved seeing the whole process of preparing the moose, to feed the family throughout the year! How beautiful to see the whole family collaborating! You have a blessed life, not just because you have this comfort in terms of food... but because you have each other! Here, in Lisbon, capital of Portugal, life is very different. It's a beautiful city, I love my country, but prices go up every day. It's hard! I send my love to everyone (including Miss Luna!). You are an extraordinary mother and a charming person, Lauren.
Great job Hunter! I loved watching how all this is processed. Love watching your family !

Very interesting. A lot of work but great to see how your family worked together. Great job!
You have such a great life love all your blogs😎
Awesome job. I can pork, chicken and beef. But I I can get deer from someone, I would can some of that. My dad put a sink in his garage, which has a heater. That is where we processed all the meat, plus making sausage. He built himself a awesome smokehouse that would hold a whole hog. I love that vacuum sealer.

Glad Hunter got a Moose!!👍🏻👍🏻 Have a Great Week Lauren!!🍁🍁
So happy for Hunter!! So nice to provide food for the whole family
Lauren, I thought it was so charming that you were sewing the bags for Moose in your Turban. It was just a Sweet Momma on the run to get the last details sorted before the Big Day began. I am hooked watching the Processing Vlogs. I bet it is a great relief to see your Meat Supply. And Your Champion Hunters and Gatherers "the Italian Stallion", Mark and your "Master Catcher" Hunter, what a Thanksgiving for All the Family and Friends that will partake in its offering. I love that your whole Family has a role, and it looks like besides the long labor, that you have a great time. I can't wait to see what you will make. Already we have seen a new dish, love it. I was able to go in with my Family on a Cow for the first time. The meat is so fresh. It is such a good feeling to know, it is all there and paid for. No debating what to get in the ever price fluctuating economy. Meat is so full of water at the grocery store lately. It is a blessing to experience what fresh meat tastes like. I just love the Hamm Family. I enjoy everything you let us come along with. I am hungry
Wow Hunter what a moose 🫎 😊
