You can freeze butternut squash. Just cube them, bag them and freeze them. I like to roast BS with chopped asparagus, I toss them in olive oil and sprinkle salt pepper and garlic powder, and a little sprinkle of thyme. Roast it, it's so good.

Yes! We have froze like 10 of them that we have in the freezer! Lol I shared how we froze a lot of them last year to preserve them! We kept only a few out fresh so I wanted to go ahead and use the last few fresh ones we have 🥰 we love having it roasted too! Thank you for watching!!

Absolutely love this type of video! So many recipes to try. We’re vegetarian and these recipes will be so easy modify to our taste. We have a Berkey water filter and absolutely love using it. We use the water for everything, cooking, drinking, coffee.

Thanks so much for the recipes. I have been in a slump lately, cooking the same old things over and over. I am definitely trying the baked spaghetti, pasta and pizza. I am of Mexican descent and I make my Spanish rice on the stove with no measurements. I have perfected it so I will stick to my Mama’s and Grandma’s and so on’s, recipe. BUT in looiking over your recipe it actually makes a lot of sense. The ingredients are right, just the spices are different (though we limit spices to salt, pepper, cummin and sometimes chili powder but different Spanish cultures use different spices). Anyway, it is great way to take an old recipe and use modern cooking techlnique to keep them going! Love your channel!!!

You are a delight to watch cooking … what size Berkey did you get ? If you haven’t already make your own vanilla it’s so so good & can make a big batch one time I put mine in cute bottles and gave as gifts at Christmas
